GlobalSources Supplier Scraper helps sourcing teams and online sellers find suppliers and manufacturers by product keyword. It saves company names, locations, profile links, verification details, and sample products in a dataset for supplier research.

📦 What data does it return?

Each row is one supplier found for a product keyword. Data may include:

• Company name, location, supplier ID, and profile URL
• Global Sources verification level and platform tenure
• Verified manufacturer, verified supplier, and assessed company status
• Business types, company specialty, and certifications
• Sample products with prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, and FOB ports
• VR showroom details, the first matched keyword, and extraction time

Global Sources labels and certifications are source data. They do not guarantee that a supplier is right for your needs.

▶️ How to run the Actor

1. Open the Actor in Apify Console.
2. Add one or more product keywords.
3. Add business type or location filters if needed.
4. Set a supplier limit, or clear it to get all available results until the source is exhausted.
5. Click Start and open the default dataset when the run ends.

You do not need to provide Global Sources login details. You can also run the Actor with the Apify API or a schedule.

When the same supplier is found more than once, the first eligible match is saved. Later matches do not change that row.

The Actor saves supplier rows to the default dataset. Optional fields appear only when Global Sources provides them.

Can I search more than one product?

Yes. Add each product to keywords. The same filters apply to every keyword in that run.

Can I limit results by supplier type or place?

Yes. Use businessTypes and supplierLocations. Leave either field empty to include all values for that filter.

What happens when two keywords find the same supplier?

Only the first eligible match is saved. The row keeps the keyword that first led to it.

Does the Actor scrape every product on a supplier profile?

No. It saves the sample products available in supplier discovery results. It does not crawl the supplier's full catalog.

Does a verification label prove that a supplier is trustworthy?

No. The Actor reports labels shown by Global Sources. Review each supplier and certification before making a business choice.

Do I need a Global Sources account?

No login details are needed in the Actor input.
