🔎 Webflow Apps directory data for research teams

Teams that research Webflow apps, plan integrations, or build app directories can collect public listings from pages they choose. The dataset includes app names, public marketplace links, descriptions, publisher and category details, integration context, and the source page when the marketplace exposes them. Use these structured rows to compare apps, build a directory, or review an ecosystem without copying each page by hand.

Use cases

📦 Webflow app listing data

Each saved row represents one eligible app listing. The row keeps the app name and source page, and includes public details when the source exposes them.

🧭 Run a Webflow Apps page

Quick start

  1. Add one or more public Webflow Apps directory, search, or category page URLs.
  2. Set maxItems if you want a cap. Leave it empty to return all available results until the source is exhausted.
  3. Start the run and open results in the Output tab.

The Actor reads public pages only. It does not need a Webflow login or private account access.

❓ FAQ

What happens when the same app appears on more than one submitted page?

The first eligible occurrence is saved. Later occurrences of the same app are ignored, and the saved row keeps the source page for that first match.

Can I scan more than one page in a run?

Yes. Add a simple list of public directory, search, or category page URLs. The run does not support several separately configured search batches.

What happens if I leave Maximum results empty?

The Actor returns all available results until the source is exhausted.

Why might a visible app not appear?

The source may expose some listings only after sign-in, consent, client-side interaction, or unbounded scrolling. Those listings are outside the public page data this Actor collects.

Does it need a Webflow login or private access?

No. It reads publicly accessible Webflow Apps pages and does not use private account access.

What fields may be missing?

App links, descriptions, publisher, category, and integrations are included when the source exposes them. The Actor does not invent missing public details.

Does it install or configure the apps?

No. It collects public listing data and does not install, configure, or execute discovered apps.
