• 30 listings per request — Subito embeds the full data of 30 ads in every search page, so the scraper reads them straight from the page JSON. Fast, cheap, and gentle on rate limits.
• Every category, one schema — phones, cars, property, jobs and goods all come out normalized, with a category-specific features map (a car gets year/mileage/fuel/gearbox/power; a flat gets rooms/m²; a phone gets condition/storage).
• Two ways in — paste any Subito URL (search page or direct annuncio), or build a search from filters (category × region × operation × keyword). No slug-crafting.
• Full listing detail — title, complete description, numeric price + currency, condition, all photos, region/province/comune, posted date, and the canonical annuncio URL.
• Optional seller profiles — enrich each seller from Subito's public trust API: name, member-since, verified flag, reputation score, feedback count and typical reply-time.
• Deduped & ready — one row per listing, deduped by id, numbers as real numbers, JSON / CSV / Excel out.

Not supported as filters: price / year / mileage and other advanced facets are applied server-side by Subito and aren't URL parameters — set them on subito.it and paste the resulting URL (every URL parameter is preserved).

🔄 How it works

1. Classify each input URL as a search page or a direct annuncio.
2. Read the page JSON (__NEXT_DATA__) — 30 fully-structured listings per search page.
3. Normalize each listing: title, description, price, condition, category, type, geo, advertiser, images, date — and flatten the category-specific features.
4. Paginate via ?o=N until maxItems is reached.
5. (Optional) enrich each seller via the trust API, and/or attempt a best-effort phone reveal, and/or discover a company advertiser's email.
6. Push one deduped row per listing (JSON / CSV / Excel).

Leave the filter-builder fields empty to use searchUrls. Set any one of them and the actor builds the search URL (sensible defaults fill the rest).

📊 Output overview

Each row is a single Subito listing. Core facts (title, full description, price, condition, category, type, location, images, advertiser, posted date) come straight from the search page's embedded JSON — 30 listings per fetch. The category-specific attributes live in a flattened features object, so a car row carries year/mileage/fuel/gearbox/power while a phone row carries condition/storage and a flat carries rooms/size. Optional seller fields are merged inline when enrichment is on.

❓ FAQ

Does it work for cars, property and jobs — not just goods? Yes. Every Subito category uses the same row shape; the category-specific attributes land in features. A car gets year/mileage/fuel/gearbox/power, a flat gets rooms/size, a job gets contract type.

Can I scrape a whole region or category? Yes — use a category/region listing URL (e.g. /annunci-lombardia/vendita/auto/) or the region + category filters. The actor paginates through every result up to maxItems.

Do I get the seller's phone number? Best-effort only. Subito hides phone behind a DataDome-gated "Mostra numero" reveal, so sellerPhone is frequently null. The reliable seller data is fetchSellerProfile (name, reputation, member-since, reply-time via the public trust API) — note that one-off private sellers often have empty profiles, while active sellers and dealers return richer data.

Why is email enrichment limited? About 97% of Subito sellers are private individuals with no website, so Clearbit-based email discovery only ever returns data for the rare company/dealer advertiser. It's off by default and free.

Do I need a proxy? Subito uses DataDome anti-bot. Reading 30 listings per request keeps volume low, but residential proxies are recommended for large runs (the default).
