Known Limitations

• Betterhomes shows the RERA permit as a QR image on many listings, so permitNumber is often null.
• furnishingStatus and completionStatus are only returned when Betterhomes publishes them as structured fields.
• The agent phone number is returned as shown on the listing (without the country code on some listings).
• Very large searches are limited by how far the site's results scroll.

Can I scrape a specific community or price range? Yes — apply those filters on bhomes.com and use the resulting URL as a start URL.

Are duplicates removed? Yes. Each property URL is only collected once per run.

Why are some fields null? The listing didn't publish that field. Missing values are always null, never guessed.

Does caching affect freshness? With useCache on, a property already collected in a previous run is reused instead of re-fetched. Leave it off (the default) for current prices.

Can I schedule it? Yes, from the Actor's Schedule tab, or via the API.
