I rented this actor and it used up the majority of my credits, without it even being functional. It was not able to pull any reviews. I have contacted the developer for support, who has told me to reach out to apify support. I inquired with the help bot who told me to create an issue citing that the actor is not functional, that I've already contacted the developer who has directed me to Apify support, and that I am requesting a refund of the rental fee:
"Create an issue on the Actor's Issues tab in Apify Console (you can find this on the Chewy Scraper's page). In your issue, clearly explain that: • The Actor is not functional • You've already contacted the developer who directed you to Apify support • You're requesting a refund for the rental fee The Apify team will review your request. When approved, they typically provide compensation as additional prepaid platform usage credits rather than a direct monetary refund."
