Request to add parsing of carousels in linkedin profile posts

Closed

Links to images & videos are contained in the posts object, but when a post contains a carousel like this one: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7305258379290071040/ They are not displayed in the parsing.

I believe you know that links to images and videos of posts are available in my scraper. Can you make a video about what you need? I couldn't quite get you

Here is a post that contains a carousel: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/midov_deep-dive-in-yc-activity-7305227179552919552-YoML/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAEZWLsgBiIYlVQveKTGAbrbSV_Y1ADRB86Q

And here is what the parser returned:

1{
2 "postText": "YC has funded over 4,900 startups since 2005, accepting just 1% of applicants. But what happens after companies get in?\n\nThe success metrics are compelling:\n• 4.5% become unicorns (vs 2.5% industry average)\n• 45% raise Series A (vs 33% for other startups)\n• 50%+ are still operating after 10 years\n• Only 13% have failed completely\n\nWhat I found most intriguing is the extreme concentration of returns - just 4 companies (Airbnb, Coinbase, Reddit, and Instacart) generated 85% of YC's total value. This perfectly illustrates the power law dynamics in venture capital.\n\nSome other notable trends:\n• Shift from consumer to B2B focus (75% of recent batches)\n• Declining acceptance of solo founders (now ~10%)\n• 99% of returns from US-based startups\n• Stripe potentially becoming the next mega-exit at $70B\n• B2B and fintech projected to drive future returns\n\nThe data suggests YC's edge isn't about following formulas - it's their ability to identify exceptional founders early and spot emerging trends before they become obvious.\n\nWould love to hear your thoughts - what surprises you most about these numbers? Let's discuss in the comments.\n\nKudos to Lenny Rachitsky & Palle Broe for showcasing this valuable stats!\n\n----\n📌 to make authentic winning Linkedin posts in 1 min check out my app → 2pr.io",

There seems to be no document component element and no carousel.

documentComponenet was missing in response. Now added.

Plz confirm

document component is now present in the parsing response & images are in the correct order.

The size of the images is lower than that on the linkedin which is crucial because some images contain graphs or small text which get scuffed
