Request for Nationwide Search Functionality Without Default City Selection

Dear Muhammet Akkurt,
I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to perform searches for specific medical specializations across the entire country, without being required to select a specific city.
Currently, the search form automatically defaults to Toruń when no city is chosen, which limits the ability to view results on a national level. For example, I would like to be able to scrape or access all listings for child psychologists across Poland using this search: https://www.znanylekarz.pl/szukaj?q=psycholog%20dzieci%C4%99cy&loc=&filters%5Bspecializations%5D%5B%5D=162
It would be very helpful if the platform could support location-independent searches, or if there were an option to search nationwide explicitly.

More customizable, you can scrape search results directly. All you need to do is pass the URL you want to scrape, like the example URL, to the actor and run it. You can check the README and input schema for more information.

Thank you for the swift implementation of the modification.
I did a test. It generally works, I'm just wondering why I got only 326 records for the query https://www.znanylekarz.pl/szukaj?q=psycholog%20dzieci%C4%99cy&loc=&filters%5Bspecializations%5D%5B%5D=162, while on znanylekarz.pl there are 3,053 results?

It's more stable now, and it's running to scrape all the doctors. But remember that it won't scrape the clinics in the results, only the doctors.
