Capterra Reviews Scraper — Ratings & Text ✅ Misses Free

Scrape individual Capterra reviews from a product's reviews page — reviewer, star rating, review title and the full review text — as one clean row per review. Powered by the Neuralverge API. No login or account required, and you only pay for full reviews returned — Capterra's duplicate highlight snippets and empty pages are free. Export to JSON, CSV or Excel.

Ideal for sentiment analysis, competitor and product research, review monitoring, and feeding voice-of-customer data to AI agents.

✨ Why this Actor

  • 💸 Pay only for full reviews — one billed row per real review. Capterra's top "highlight" fragments (no rating/title, duplicates of the full reviews) and empty pages are skipped and never billed.
  • The whole review — reviewer, star rating, title and the complete review text (pros, cons and overall in one field), flattened into spreadsheet-ready columns.
  • 🔓 No login, cookies or account — fetching and structuring run on the Neuralverge backend.
  • Real-time & structured — fresh reviews each run, one predictable schema, ready for a spreadsheet, database or AI pipeline (MCP-ready).

🔧 How it works

  1. Provide a Capterra reviews-page URL — e.g. https://www.capterra.com/p/246352/Revolut-for-Business/reviews/?page=1.
  2. Run the Actor. The page is fetched and AI-structured on the Neuralverge backend.
  3. Get one dataset row per review. For more, run the next page (?page=2, ?page=3, …). Export to CSV, JSON, or Excel, or pull it over the Apify API.

Pages that return no full reviews (or an upstream error) are logged and skipped without charge.

Input

One reviews page per run.

FieldTypeNotes
capterraUrlstringA Capterra product reviews-page URL (…/reviews/?page=N).
countryCodestringGeo-routing code (advanced, default us).
finalizerModelstringExtraction model (advanced).
{
"capterraUrl": "https://www.capterra.com/p/246352/Revolut-for-Business/reviews/?page=1"
}

What you'll receive

One row per full review, with:

  • author — the reviewer's name/identifier
  • rating — the star rating (number)
  • title — the review title
  • content — the full review text
  • query — the input reviews-page URL, plus scrapedAt

Example output (real run)

All 10 rows from a live run of the Revolut Business reviews page (?page=1), shown in full — complete content for every review, real ratings and titles (Capterra's surrounding quotes stripped). The page's response held 18 review items; the 8 highlight snippets (no rating and no title — duplicates of the full reviews) were filtered out and not charged, leaving 10 billable rows. Each row is a flat review record — there is no raw/human/machine on these rows (the reviews array is exploded into one row each).

"title": "Revolut- the bank of the future",
"content": "With Revolut you can send payment links with which your clients can make payments, and if another user has Revolut you can receive commission-free transfers. Revolut is one of the few payment platforms that offers cashback for your purchases, this is a point to take into account when comparing it with other platforms, it has many integrations with other billing platforms such as Xero, slack among others, its API can be integrated both in web version and in mobile version.\n\nPros\n\nRevolut is a payment processor with many tools that has gone unnoticed, it is a Neobank with a lot of potential, I have used the personal and business versions and I can say that it far surpasses large payment processors. One of the functions that I can highlight is that it issues both physical and virtual cards, so you can have better control of expenses and avoid hidden payments, I like that it is digitized and you can receive contactless payments on your iPhone, no need for a POS.\n\nCons\n\nWhat I don't like is that sometimes the synchronization with some banks is not working, I have had problems connecting with a bank, Revolut uses Plaid, and for some reason it doesn’t recognize the login of the bank that I wanted to add.",

"title": "Revolut is a great banking system for busisneses",
"content": "It has been a great tool; it is our go-to banking application; we use it to pay employees, pay providers, and for other operations. It's great for businesses that have financial activities in different currencies.\n\nPros\n\nRevolut is our go-to banking application; it provides wallets for different currencies, great exchange rates, and amazing transfer fees for businesses. We have providers from different parts of the world, and this application makes our operations seamless.\n\nCons\n\nI have nothing bad to say; this tool has been great and has saved us a lot of money on fees. One suggestion will be to make the chat support button more accessible.",

"title": "Good value for startups, but limited for serious expense management",
"content": "Revolut Business is OK for a startup or as a cheap alternative in the early days. However, if you’re looking for a proper expense management tool with robust workflows and controls, you’ll likely need to look elsewhere.\n\nPros\n\nRevolut Business is fairly easy to use and quick to get started with. The integration with Xero works well, it’s cheaper than many alternatives, and having multiple currency accounts that are easy to open and manage is a big plus, especially for international payments.\n\nCons\n\nIt’s not properly built with business expense management in mind. The expense module feels clunky, there are no clear or intuitive workflows, and overall it doesn’t scale well once you need more structured approvals, controls, or reporting.",

"content": "The mobile-first design is highly intuitive, featuring real-time spending notifications and built-in tools for invoicing and expense management.\n\nPros\n\ncan hold, send, and receive over 25 currencies with local account details for GBP, EUR, and USD. Users particularly value the interbank exchange rates available during market hours.\n\nCons\n\nOne of the most severe complaints involves accounts being restricted or funds frozen without prior warning or clear explanation during compliance reviews",

"title": "Reliable and Scalable Financial tool",
"content": "Our experience with Revolut Business has been largely positive. It has streamlined many of our financial operations, especially international transactions, and improved transparency across departments. With some improvements to support responsiveness, it could easily be our go-to long term.\n\nPros\n\nRevolut Business offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface with fast onboarding for new users. The ability to hold multiple currencies, automate workflows, and integrate with accounting platforms like Xero makes it highly efficient for scaling businesses. I also like the fact they offer us discounts with partners.\n\nCons\n\nCustomer support can sometimes be slow to respond, especially during high-traffic periods. Some advanced features require upgrading to higher-tier plans, which may not suit smaller businesses or startups with tight budgets.",

"title": "Our experience with Revolut Business was terrible.",
"content": "To be honest, our experience with Revolut Business was terrible.\nWhat started as a promising platform quickly turned into a frustrating and stressful situation. We faced issues accessing our own funds, with little to no explanation from support. At one point, we even had money frozen without clear communication — which is incredibly alarming for any business that relies on timely transactions.\nWe’ve been using Stripe for over four years without a single issue, so dealing with Revolut felt like a huge step backwards. In the end, we had to close our personal accounts entirely and only kept the business one active just to retrieve the money we had already received.\nLooking back, signing up with Revolut was a mistake — one we wouldn’t repeat. It's not a service we can trust, and we wouldn’t recommend it to others.\n\nPros\n\nIts a horrible service and business and no one should ever think about starting any account on this platform.\n\nCons\n\nThey can freeze your account for any reason, I am running a graphic design business for almost 4 5 years in Poland and never had any issue with any bank or Stripe. This service should be stopped immediately",

"title": "Solid business account for global stuff",
"content": "I’ve been using this business account for a bit now and it’s helped loads with international payments and juggling multiple currencies. It feels modern and smooth compared to old-school banks. But if your business is growing fast you’ll need to watch the fees and plan restrictions. For someone doing online/global work and who’s cool with managing everything from a phone or laptop, it’s a pretty good option.\n\nPros\n\nThe app is really easy to use and I got set up super fast. I can hold different currencies and send payments abroad without it being a huge pain. The cards (physical + virtual) are handy for tracking spending.\n\nCons\n\nSome features are locked behind pricier plans, so if you’re on the cheap one you’ll feel a bit restricted. Also, there’s no branch or cash deposit option so everything’s done online, which is fine, but feels limiting sometimes.",

"content": "Our overall experience with Revolut Business has been positive. The platform is easy to use and reliable for all core banking needs. It has significantly simplified our financial operations and saved time on a daily basis.\n\nPros\n\nRevolut Business is an excellent platform that makes business banking easy and efficient. The interface is intuitive, so everyday tasks like payments, account management, and invoicing take very little time and are easy to complete. Payment processing is fast and reliable, especially for international transfers and multi-currency transactions which has really helped our business. Security is strong, with clear approval flows and user roles. Invoicing works seamlessly with payments and saves a lot of manual effort.\n\nCons\n\nOverall our experience with Revolut Business has been positive, but some advanced features can take a bit of time to fully explore and understand. More detailed guidance within the app would be helpful when using less common functions.",

"content": "Downgrade/upgrade system is not working well, designed to scam user at every step. We will cancel our business account and look for alternatives.\n\nPros\n\nMultiple accounts, currency exchanges, allowing users to have different access roles, and it is a modern banking experience.\n\nCons\n\nWe decided to quit using them after spending 100k$+ on their app. Scale plan was auto renewed, however team did not notice and downgraded to Growth, the system did not auto refund the amount. So we paid 180$ for a service we did not use. When we reached out to support, they auto answered only, no help, we will proceed with legal applications. They preferred to keep 180$ for a service not used at all, even though we were regular business customer.",

Most of the time, i have had no reason to complain for my payments, and it's quite secured, which makes it relaxing.\n\nCons\n\nRevolut Business could be really difficult to onboard considering loads of requirement for the process. Most times and probably for security reason, youre asked to repeat a process youve completed before which makes it even more difficult.",
