Extract Trustpilot reviews of a company by domain or URL: rating, title, text, review and experience dates, verified and invited flags, language, useful votes, reviewer name, country and review count, and the company reply. Up to 300 per run. No API key, no account and no cookies required.

• Newest first, with the date written and the date of the experience.
• Unprompted vs invited and verified flags for honest sentiment analysis.
• Reviewer context — country and how many reviews they have written.
• Duplicates removed before billing — the source sometimes repeats a review on a page seam; you pay once.
• Every field in its own column. Nested blocks are flattened into their own columns, so the table and a CSV export show everything.

🔧 How it works

1. Enter company domain or Trustpilot URL.
2. The Actor calls the Neuralverge data engine, which reads the public page.
3. Each record is written as its own dataset row.

What you'll receive

One row per record with these columns: business, position, id, url, title, text, rating, writtenDate, experiencedDate, isUnprompted, isVerified, usefulCount, language, authorId, authorName, authorCountry, authorReviewCount, authorImage, authorUrl, businessReplyText, businessReplyWrittenDate.

Every field the source returns becomes a column, so a field added on the source side shows up as a new column rather than disappearing. Lists (images, tags, alternatives) stay lists. Everything arrives in a single Output tab: no preview view hides any field.

Pricing

Pay per result, charged per dataset row. Starting the Actor is free and there is no minimum charge per run.

You pay for the rows delivered, so "Maximum items" is also the cap on what a run can cost, and the "Maximum cost per run" you set in Apify is honoured before anything is fetched.

• A completed lookup that finds nothing writes the single found: false row above, billed as one result — the work was performed either way.
• A run that fails is never charged: missing or invalid input, an upstream error, a timeout, and a page that was never retrieved all write nothing.
• Records the source repeats are removed before they are written, so a duplicate is never billed.

Free plan limits

On the Apify Free plan this Actor can be started 5 times per calendar month per user and returns at most 5 rows per run. Every Neuralverge Actor has its own allowance, and a run that finds nothing counts towards it. Any paid Apify plan removes both limits.
