Structured new facilities alerts, classified from official press-release headlines. Give it public official-newsroom feeds (RSS / Atom / JSON Feed); it reads each release's headline and metadata and emits one alert per headline that clearly states this event. It defaults to the U.S. SEC press-release feed and accepts any public newsroom feed you add. Robots is honoured per feed.

What you get

One alert per classified event, carrying structured facts only — company, expansion type, location, date, and the source link. The actor reads the headline and feed metadata; it never stores the article text (you get the event, not the wire's words). A headline that does not clearly state this event type is not classified and never bills.

Classification discipline

Each event type is classified on unambiguous headline signals, and the classifier is mutually exclusive with the other event families — an M&A headline is never billed as a partnership, a "launches operations in

How it behaves

Each configured feed is fetched only if its robots.txt allows the path (a disallowed feed is skipped, never bypassed). If every feed fails to load or parse, the run fails loudly (an outage is never an empty success). A reachable window with no matching event is a genuine empty result: it succeeds and bills nothing. maxRecords caps the count (a buyer bound, not an outage).
