Facts-only feed of official TMX exchange events from the public TSX/TSXV news site (https://www.tsx.com/en/news) — no proxy, no anti-bot dependency, no article body stored.

Two event streams, newest first:

  • New company listings — every new TSX / TSX Venture listing (IPOs, graduations, ETF/fund launches).
  • Reviews & suspensions — TSX/TSXV delisting reviews, trading suspensions, and related status actions (a delisting-risk signal).

Output

One record per exchange event, deduped on the TMX detail id:

record_type (new_listing | review_suspension), event_date, company, exchange (TSX/TSXV, where stated), tickers (all symbols), primary_ticker, event_action (e.g. Delisting Review, Trading Suspended — suspensions only), tmx_id, headline, source_url (the TMX detail page). The article body is never stored.

Use cases

  • Lead-gen / IR prospecting on newly public TSX/TSXV issuers.
  • Delisting-risk and status-change monitoring on Canadian listings.
  • Feeding a watchlist or CRM with fresh exchange events.

Pricing (pay per event)

listing_status_record (per unique event delivered)$0.05$0.045$0.04$0.0335

Plus the platform actor-start fee. A source outage or page-structure change fails loud and charges nothing — never a fake empty result.

Input

  • maxRecords — buyer cap on events delivered (default 300; covers both sections).
  • pageUrls — TMX news sections (defaults to new-company-listings + reviews-and-suspensions).
  • userAgent — optional identified contact UA.
