Receive seed-zero weekly records when matching marks or owners appear in the public USPTO Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) as publications-for-opposition, registrations, renewals, cancellations or corrections.

Configure serial/registration numbers, mark or owner terms, Nice classes and event types. The first complete run seeds a private baseline without alerts; later Tuesday issues produce only new matching Gazette events as deltas, each with an official PDF/page receipt. USPTO describes the TMOG as its Tuesday publication containing trademark bibliographic information plus lists of cancelled and renewed registrations.

What you get

Honest limits

Not TSDR live status, legal docketing, comprehensive clearance, ownership verification or legal advice. The Gazette is weekly and event-oriented — absence proves nothing. Design-only marks may have null mark text. Public issue PDFs are large (hundreds of MB) and catch-up is capped at 3 issues/run. TSDR/ODP APIs are excluded because they now require an account/API key. Blocks, malformed issues and objections fail loud (BLOCKED), never a clean empty.

Compliance

Public / logged-out official USPTO PDFs only. No login, API key, CAPTCHA or paywall defeating; no licensed source or third-party mirror; robots honored; complies on objection. Identity is office + serial/registration number; official status codes only — legal outcomes are never inferred.
