Receive seed-zero weekly records when matching marks or owners appear in the public USPTO Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) as publications-for-opposition, registrations, renewals, cancellations or corrections.
Configure serial/registration numbers, mark or owner terms, Nice classes and event types. The first complete run seeds a private baseline without alerts; later Tuesday issues produce only new matching Gazette events as deltas, each with an official PDF/page receipt. USPTO describes the TMOG as its Tuesday publication containing trademark bibliographic information plus lists of cancelled and renewed registrations.
What you get
trademark_delta— a confirmed new Gazette event on a watched mark (the signal).delta_typeis the event type orCORRECTED_ENTRY; carriesbefore/after,changed_fields, and an office-scopedcomposite_id(USPTO:SN…/USPTO:RN…).gazette_record— a snapshot-mode record (whenwatchMode=false).source_receipt— always emitted, never billed: terminal state, canary result, issues processed, pages parsed, byte/request counters, backlog.
Use cases
Trademark counsel watch publication/registration records (30-day opposition window); brand teams monitor terms/classes; IP data teams ingest dated Gazette records; agencies route matching filings for review.
Honest limits
Not TSDR live status, legal docketing, comprehensive clearance, ownership verification or legal advice. The Gazette is weekly and event-oriented — absence proves nothing. Design-only marks may have null mark text. Public issue PDFs are large (hundreds of MB) and catch-up is capped at 3 issues/run. TSDR/ODP APIs are excluded because they now require an account/API key. Blocks, malformed issues and objections fail loud (BLOCKED), never a clean empty.
Compliance
Public / logged-out official USPTO PDFs only. No login, API key, CAPTCHA or paywall defeating; no licensed source or third-party mirror; robots honored; complies on objection. Identity is office + serial/registration number; official status codes only — legal outcomes are never inferred.
Pricing

Prices are the filed pay-per-event amounts per plan tier (PLATINUM/DIAMOND match GOLD). Blocked and refused runs do not intentionally charge value events.
Run memory and the start fee
This Actor runs at 2048 MB (2 GB) of memory. A full portfolio comparison holds the prior baseline and the current read simultaneously; measured peak is 1790 MB.
apify-actor-start is charged per gigabyte of run memory, with a minimum of one event, so a
run of this Actor bills 2 start events — $0.04, not $0.02. That is the platform's
metering rule, not a surcharge we add, and it is stated here so the listed price and the charged
price are the same number.
Actors in this fleet that fit inside 1 GB are pinned to 1024 MB and bill a single start event. This one is not pinned lower because 1790 MB was measured on real runs — clamping it to 1 GB would trade an accurate bill for an out-of-memory failure.
