Idealista Scraper: Spain Homes & Rooms for Sale or Rent

Scrape idealista.com listings for many places in Spain in one run: homes, new builds, rooms, offices, commercial premises, garages, land, storage rooms and buildings, for sale or for rent. Every listing comes with its title, address, district and coordinates, price (and the previous price after a drop), size, price per m², bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, features, condition, description, agency with its phone, photos and link.

Why this scraper

• Many searches per run. List searches (place + filters), give places with one set of filters, or paste search URLs from idealista with any filters it offers.
• Type place names as on idealista. "Marbella", "Chamberí, Madrid", "Gràcia, Barcelona": they're matched to idealista's own locations.
• Every property type, for sale or rent, in the same run.
• Up to 2,500 listings per search, every listing once, in idealista's order.
• Rich records: coordinates, district and neighbourhood, bathrooms, terrace, lift, pool, air conditioning, parking, condition, and the agency's phone number.

A location is a city, town, district or neighbourhood as you'd type it on idealista; add the city after a comma when the name is ambiguous ("Salamanca, Madrid" is the Madrid district, "Salamanca" the city). You can also give idealista's own location path from a search URL (madrid-madrid, madrid/chamberi, marbella-malaga).

• price is in euros; pricePeriod is month for rentals; pricePerM2 follows it (per month for rentals).
• previousPrice, priceDrop and priceDropPercent fill in when the price was lowered.
• exactAddress is false when the advertiser hides the exact address: the coordinates are then approximate.
• agency, contactName and phone are given for professional advertisers (agencies, developers); private advertisers' contact details are left out.
• Photo links expire after about a day. Download the photos you need during that time; url and id are permanent.

A search with no listings is not charged, and the run stops at your spending limit without charging for anything it didn't deliver.

Tips

• Keep the default proxy (Apify residential, Spain). If idealista refuses an IP, the run moves to a new one and carries on where it stopped.
• More than 2,500 results? Split the search by district, property type or price range.
• Market monitoring? Schedule the same input daily and compare by id; previousPrice shows price drops.

FAQ

Which listings are included? The ones idealista shows for your search, in its order.

Portugal or Italy? Not yet: this Actor covers idealista.com (Spain).

Can I run it on a schedule or through the API? Yes, like any Apify Actor: schedules, the Apify API, webhooks and integrations (Make, Zapier, Google Sheets and others).

Is it legal? The Actor collects publicly shown listings; it doesn't log in, and it leaves out private advertisers' contact details. You are responsible for using the data in line with idealista's terms and the privacy laws that apply to you.
