Domain to LinkedIn Company URL Finder — Website, Verified

Website to LinkedIn company URL finder, $4 per 1,000 matches: turn websites, domains or work emails into LinkedIn company pages. Uses the link on the company's own site first, then checks guesses against the website LinkedIn lists, so no same-name strangers. Adds headcount and industry.

Domain to LinkedIn Company URL Finder — Website to LinkedIn, Verified, with Headcount

Paste company websites, domains or work email addresses — a handful or a few thousand at a time — and get each one's LinkedIn company page, checked rather than guessed, with its headcount, followers, size band, industry, HQ and founding year (3 domains in 6 s on 17 Oct 2026). $4 per 1,000 matched companies; domains with no match are free. No login, no cookies.

Try it now — the input is already filled in. Press Start: the three example domains come back matched in 6–7 seconds, for about $0.022.

domainlinkedinUrlemployeesmatchedBy
stripe.comlinkedin.com/company/stripe16694website-link
booking.comlinkedin.com/company/booking.com17357linkedin-website
notion.solinkedin.com/company/notionhq7211website-link

matchedBy says how each match was checked — the company's own site links to that LinkedIn page, or the LinkedIn page lists that domain — which is why notion.so lands on notionhq and not on a page that merely shares the name. When neither finds the page, Wikidata is asked which LinkedIn page belongs to the company whose official website is that domain (used only when exactly one company there has this website). A domain with no checked match comes back not-found and is free.

Then: paste the linkedinUrl column into LinkedIn Company Scraper — Employee Count & Headcount Growth on a weekly schedule to see which of them are growing, or into LinkedIn Company Jobs Scraper for their open roles. If the websites are your customers, paste the same column into LinkedIn Lookalike Companies — Similar Companies Finder to get the companies LinkedIn lists as similar to them, ranked by how many of your customers' pages list each one.

Call it from a script or a schedule

curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/northbell~domain-to-linkedin-company/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"domains":["stripe.com","booking.com"]}'

The response is the rows themselves (a JSON array). To run it on a timetable instead, save the input as a task in Apify Console and add a Schedule; n8n, Make and Zapier run it through their Apify app with the same input.

How it finds the right page

  1. The link on the company's own site. Most companies put their LinkedIn page in the footer. That is the company telling you which page is theirs — anthropic.com → linkedin.com/company/anthropicresearch, which no name-guessing would find.
  2. Verified guesses. If the site has no link, it tries the likely handles (stripe, stripe.com, stripehq, stripeinc, stripeapp, and the K.K. / corporation forms Japanese companies use: freee.co.jp → freeekk, sansan.com → sansan-corporation) and keeps one only if the website on that LinkedIn page is the same domain. booking.com returns Booking.com (17,313 employees), not the café called "Booking".
  3. Same name, different ending. If the only page found lists notion.com for notion.so, you get it as status: "probable" — clearly marked, never mixed in with the sure matches. The same goes for a page named exactly like the domain whose website is a careers site carrying that name (spotify.com → Spotify, which lists lifeatspotify.com).

Use it for

  • CRM and lead-list enrichment — LinkedIn URL and headcount for every account in a list of domains
  • Signup qualification — work emails in, company size and industry out
  • Account research — find the right LinkedIn page before you prospect or track the company
  • No list yet? For US accounts, the US search of Official Company Headcount lists every employer in a state and industry within a size range, with its official headcount, from Department of Labor filings

Input

{ "domains": ["stripe.com", "https://www.notion.so", "jane@monzo.com"] }

Measured on October 7, 2026: 11 domains → 9 matched (6 from the company's own site link), 1 probable, 1 not found (example.com) — including anthropic.com, booking.com, linear.app, vercel.com and gymshark.com. At the default 20 LinkedIn requests per minute, plan on 5–25 seconds per domain.

Only have company names, no websites? This Actor needs a website, domain or email; LinkedIn Company Growth takes names ("Snowflake Inc.", "Zoom Video Communications") and finds each page, checked against Wikidata. A name given here is skipped on a free row that says so.

Need only sure matches, for example to write back to a CRM without review? Set "matchedOnly": true: a page that only shares the company's name (probable) is then left out, not charged, and its row says why.

Want headcount growth over time for the companies you found? Feed the LinkedIn URLs to LinkedIn Company Scraper with Headcount Growth.

Pricing

$4 per 1,000 matched companies (matched or probable), plus $0.01 per run. Not-found domains and error rows are free. The $0.01 run-start fee is charged together with the first matched company; a run that matches nothing costs nothing.

For AI agents

{"domains": ["acme.com"]} returns one row with status, linkedinUrl and employees. Rows have type: company or error.

Use it from Claude Code (or another coding agent)

Save this as ~/.claude/skills/domain-to-linkedin/SKILL.md (other agents that read SKILL.md files: their skills folder), put your Apify API token in the APIFY_TOKEN environment variable, and ask the agent in plain words — "Find the LinkedIn company page for each of these websites: stripe.com, notion.so".

---
name: domain-to-linkedin
description: Find the LinkedIn company page for each company website, domain or work email address. Runs the Apify Actor northbell/domain-to-linkedin-company with the user's APIFY_TOKEN.
---
Run: curl -s -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/northbell~domain-to-linkedin-company/run-sync-get-dataset-items?timeout=300" -H "Authorization: Bearer $APIFY_TOKEN" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"domains": ["stripe.com", "notion.so"]}'
For long lists start `/runs` instead and read the dataset when the run finishes.
Read status on every row: matched is sure, probable shares the name but lists another website, not-found is free.
Never print the token. Tell the user the price on the Actor's Store page before a large run.

Prefer MCP? Add https://mcp.apify.com?tools=northbell/domain-to-linkedin-company as a remote MCP server — in Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http apify "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=northbell/domain-to-linkedin-company" — and sign in to Apify when asked; the Actor then shows up as a tool.

**Something broke or a match looks wrong?** Open an issue on this Actor's Issues tab and I'll look at it. **Found it useful?** A short review on the Store page helps other people find it.
