LinkedIn Company URL Finder — Company Name to LinkedIn URL API
LinkedIn Company URL Mass Finder takes a list of company names, one per line (e.g. Stripe, Notion, HubSpot), and returns the matching LinkedIn company page URLs. Each result has the page title, description and the input name it belongs to. It works from public search results, so it needs no LinkedIn account, no cookies and no login. You pay $0.004 per URL found, nothing for names that find nothing. Paste a spreadsheet column, get a LinkedIn URL column back.
Where this fits in the ScrapeVerse LinkedIn pipeline
- Company name → LinkedIn URL → LinkedIn Company URL Mass Finder (you are here)
- Got your company URLs? Feed them into LinkedIn Company Profile Scraper for website, headcount, industry, HQ and followers at $1.6 per 1,000.
- Find the people at those companies with LinkedIn User Profile URL Mass Finder.
Before you run: input checklist
| Check | What to do |
|---|---|
| One company per line | Paste your whole list into query, one company name per line. Blank and duplicate lines are ignored. Every result keeps its input line in searchQuery, so you can join results back to your sheet. |
| Use the brand name | Stripe or Stripe Inc works better than stripe.com payments platform. Add a city or country for common names (Apex Systems Richmond). |
Turn on matchExactword for precision | When on, only URLs whose LinkedIn slug contains a word from your query are kept. Leave it off to behave like a search engine (more results, more noise). |
resultsPerPage | How deep to search per company (10–100 results). For "find the one official page", 10 is enough and cheapest. Use higher values to discover subsidiaries and regional pages. |
page | Continue a deeper search where the last run stopped (2, 3…). |
| Proxy | Nothing to configure. Search proxies are built in. |
What does the LinkedIn Company URL Finder return?
| Output key | Description |
|---|---|
title | LinkedIn page title, e.g. Google or Google: Jobs |
link | LinkedIn company URL (linkedin.com/company/...) |
description | Search snippet: usually tagline, industry and follower count, when available |
searchQuery | The input line (company name) that produced the result, so you can join results back to your list |
Only linkedin.com/company/... URLs are returned, never personal profiles or job posts. Duplicate URLs are removed per company.
How to find LinkedIn company URLs in bulk
- Paste your Company names into
query, one per line (copy a column straight from Excel or Google Sheets). - Keep Results per page at
10for the official page, or raise it to collect more. - Optionally switch on Match exact words.
- Click Start and export the results as CSV, Excel or JSON.
Input example
{"query": "Google\nStripe\nNotion\nApex Systems Richmond","page": 1,"resultsPerPage": "10","matchExactword": true}
Output example
[{"title": "Google","link": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/google","description": "Google | ... followers on LinkedIn. ...","searchQuery": "Google"},{"title": "Google: Jobs","link": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/google/jobs","searchQuery": "Google"}]
Tip: the first result is almost always the main company page. If you need exactly one URL per company, keep the first row per searchQuery, or keep rows whose link has no extra path after the slug.
How much does it cost?
Pay-per-event pricing: $0.004 per LinkedIn URL returned ($4 per 1,000). Company names that find nothing cost nothing. A negligible $0.00005 start fee applies per run, not per name, so put your whole list in one run. Apify platform usage (compute and proxies) is included.
What does Apify's free $5 monthly credit get you? About 1,250 LinkedIn company URLs every month for $0. With resultsPerPage: 10 and matchExactword: true, most companies return 1–3 URLs, so that's roughly 400–1,250 companies matched per month. The Pricing tab always shows the live rate.
Bulk lookups: Clay, n8n, Make, Google Sheets and API
Send a whole list in one call (newline-separated):
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/scrapeverse~linkedin-company-url---mass-finder/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \-H "Content-Type: application/json" \-d '{"query":"Stripe\nNotion\nHubSpot","resultsPerPage":"10","matchExactword":true}'
For lists of more than ~50 names, use the async /runs endpoint and fetch the dataset when the run finishes.
- Clay: add an HTTP API column that POSTs
{"query": "/Company Name"}to the endpoint above for every row, then maplinkinto a "LinkedIn URL" column. Full recipe: enrich LinkedIn URLs in Clay. - n8n: Spreadsheet/CRM node → Aggregate names into one newline-joined string → Apify node (Run Actor and get dataset items) → match results back on
searchQuery. - Make / Zapier: for each new row or CRM record, Apify app → Run an Actor → Get dataset items → update the record. You can also batch rows and send them as one multi-line
query. - Google Sheets: follow bulk LinkedIn URLs in Google Sheets to fill a column of LinkedIn URLs from a column of names.
- AI agents: callable from Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients through the Apify MCP server.
Use cases
- Account mapping and ABM: match every target account in your CRM to its LinkedIn page.
- Lead list enrichment: names from trade-show lists, Clutch, Product Hunt or Crunchbase exports become LinkedIn URLs.
- Data cleaning: validate that a company exists on LinkedIn before spending enrichment credits.
- Competitor and subsidiary discovery: search deeper (
resultsPerPage: 50+) to find regional and brand pages.
FAQ
Do I need a LinkedIn login or cookies?
No. The Actor works from public search results and never touches your LinkedIn account.
Can I search multiple companies in one run?
Yes. Put one company name per line in query. Every line is searched separately, and each result's searchQuery shows which line it came from. You only pay per URL found.
Why did I get several URLs for one company?
LinkedIn has sub-pages (/life, /jobs) and regional or brand pages. Turn on matchExactword, lower resultsPerPage to 10, and keep the first result per query.
Why did a company return no results?
The company may not have a LinkedIn page, or the name is too generic or misspelled. Try the official brand name, add the city or country, or turn off matchExactword.
Can I find a LinkedIn company URL from a domain?
Use the brand name from the domain (notion.so → Notion). If several companies share a name, add a location or industry word to the query.
How do I export results to CSV or Excel?
Download from the run's Storage tab (CSV, Excel, JSON, XML) or via the dataset API with format=csv.
