Podcast Mention Alerts: Brand Mentions by Second
Pricing
from $0.20 / 1,000 episode second transcribed (managed)s
Watch up to 200 podcasts and get an alert with the exact second and sentence whenever your brand, client or competitor is said in a new episode. Transcribes only new episodes with managed or your own Deepgram, AssemblyAI or Groq key, then searches your keywords.
RSS feed URLs, Apple Podcasts links or Spotify show/episode links (Spotify is resolved to the same podcast's public RSS feed; Spotify audio itself is never downloaded). Up to 200.
Brands, names or phrases to listen for, one per line (up to 50). Matching is case-insensitive on whole words: "Ford" does not match "afford".
How many of the newest episodes of each feed are considered (only those not transcribed in an earlier run are processed). Default 1, maximum 20. For a weekly show that you check daily, 1 is enough; raise it if a feed can publish several episodes between runs.
Ignore older episodes: a date like 2026-10-01 or a relative date like "7 days".
Managed uses the Actor owner's provider keys and is available on paid Apify plans ($0.012 per audio minute). BYOK uses your own Deepgram, AssemblyAI or Groq/OpenAI key and works on every plan ($0.004 per audio minute on top of your provider's own bill).
Required in BYOK mode. For Groq, OpenAI and other Whisper-style APIs choose OpenAI-compatible.
Your own provider API key. Required in BYOK mode. Stored encrypted and never written to logs or rows.
Required for OpenAI-compatible providers, for example https://api.openai.com/v1 or https://api.groq.com/openai/v1.
Model ID for OpenAI-compatible providers. Default: whisper-1 (OpenAI) or whisper-large-v3-turbo (Groq).
ISO-639-1 code such as en, tr or de. Leave empty to detect the language automatically.
Speech recognition often misspells names ("Acmee Corp"). When on, keywords of 5+ letters also match words one or two letters off. May add false positives; each row says fuzzyMatch true.
Adds "Speaker 1", "Speaker 2" to mentions. Works with managed mode (Deepgram, AssemblyAI) and BYOK Deepgram or AssemblyAI, not with OpenAI-compatible providers.
Episodes longer than this are skipped for free. Default 90, maximum 600.
Names this watch. Runs with the same name share a memory of transcribed episodes (a named key-value store), so every episode is paid for once. Default: derived from your feeds.
