Residential proxies not being used

I tried running the Actor with residential proxies selected, however it did not incur any residential proxy data usage in my account. The logs also show rate limit errors, which likely indicate that datacenter proxies were being used. Hence, I can only get a few rows of results, since residential proxies are not used.
