How to scrape The Knot, WeddingWire, Wedding Spot and Zola

1. Open a vendor search on any of the four sites in your browser, for example "photographers in Austin, TX" on The Knot or "venues in Atlanta" on Wedding Spot, and copy the URL from the address bar.
2. Open Wedding Vendors Scraper on Apify Store and paste the URLs into Search URLs. You can mix sites. Use Bulk edit to paste many at once.
3. Optional: pick the sites to keep in Platforms.
4. Set Max vendors (total for the run) and Max pages per search URL.

At Free plan prices, 100 vendors cost about $0.10 and 10,000 vendors cost $9.90. Removed profiles and duplicates (the same vendor found by two of your search URLs) aren't saved and aren't charged. Is it legal to scrape The Knot, WeddingWire, Wedding Spot and Zola?

Wedding Vendors Scraper only collects business information that the four sites show publicly to any visitor. It doesn't log in and doesn't access couples' accounts, messages or private data. Vendor profiles can still include personal data, such as a business owner's name, email or phone number. If you store or contact vendors with that data, you're responsible for complying with the GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other privacy and marketing laws, and with each site's terms of use. FAQ

Can I scrape all four sites in one run? Yes. Put URLs from The Knot, WeddingWire, Wedding Spot and Zola in Search URLs. The Actor works through them in order until it reaches Max vendors, so if you want a fixed number from each site, run one search per site or raise Max vendors.

Why is the email empty for most WeddingWire, Wedding Spot and Zola vendors? Those sites don't publish vendor emails. WeddingWire routes messages through a contact form, and Wedding Spot and Zola show only a phone number and website. The Knot shows the vendor's email on the profile, so The Knot records have it. To find emails for other vendors, run their website values through Website Email, Phone Numbers & Social Media Profiles Finder.

Why is street_address empty for some vendors? WeddingWire doesn't publish street addresses. On The Knot, photographers, DJs and other vendors that travel to clients usually don't show one either. Venues usually do.

Why are there fewer results than the site shows? Check Max vendors and Max pages per search URL first. With the defaults, a run stops after 15 vendors. The same vendor found by two of your URLs is saved once. Vendors that were removed since the search page loaded are skipped.

How fast is it? In our tests on Apify, 60 vendors from one search took 20 to 40 seconds, and 200 vendors from four searches took about 2.5 minutes.

Does it get reviews? It gets the rating and review count, not the review texts.

Can I scrape a single vendor? Yes. Paste the vendor's profile URL instead of a search URL.

Can I run it on a schedule or from my own code? Yes. Use Apify schedules for weekly or monthly runs, the Apify API or the Python and JavaScript examples above, and integrations to send results to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier or n8n.
