Birdeye Trending Token Scraper
Scrape trending tokens from Birdeye across Solana, Ethereum, BSC, and 7 other chains. Each token comes with its volume, liquidity, market cap, and price change, sorted your way. No API key needed.
Birdeye's trending lists show you which tokens are moving right now, but manually checking ten chains is a full-time job. This Actor reads the public trending feeds directly from Birdeye for the chain you choose, sorts them by volume, liquidity, market cap, or price change, and returns up to a million tokens per run in one flat table.
| Who uses it | What they scrape Birdeye for |
|---|---|
| Crypto traders | Spot tokens with surging 24-hour volume before they appear on centralized exchanges. |
| DeFi analysts | Track liquidity inflows across chains to identify where capital is rotating. |
| Market researchers | Build a daily snapshot of trending tokens on Solana or Base for a market report. |
| Bot operators | Feed a real-time list of high-volume tokens into a trading bot or alert system. |
What it does
This Actor collects trending token data from Birdeye for a single blockchain network and returns each token as a flat row with its rank, volume, liquidity, market cap, and price change.
- ⛓️ Multi-chain support: Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, BSC, Optimism, Polygon, Base, zkSync, and Sui.
- 📊 Flexible sorting: Rank tokens by 24h volume, liquidity, market cap, or 24h volume change percent.
- ⬆️⬇️ Ascending or descending order: Flip the sort to find the smallest movers or the largest.
- 📦 Bulk collection: Pull up to 1,000,000 tokens in a single run for backtesting or archival.
Results export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML, or straight from the API.
What you can do with Birdeye data
📈 Catch early volume spikes.
A trader runs the Actor on Solana sorted by 24h volume change percent to find tokens with sudden activity before they trend on Twitter.
💧 Monitor liquidity shifts.
A DeFi analyst scrapes Ethereum and Arbitrum daily, sorted by liquidity, to see which ecosystem is attracting fresh capital.
📋 Build a daily watchlist.
A researcher collects the top 50 tokens by market cap from BSC every morning and exports the CSV to a shared dashboard.
🤖 Feed a trading bot.
A developer schedules the Actor to pull the top 100 tokens by volume on Base every hour and pipes the JSON into a custom screener.
Why choose this scraper
| What you get | |
|---|---|
| No API registration | Reads Birdeye's public trending feeds directly with no account or key. |
| One chain per run | Each execution targets a single network, keeping your dataset clean and focused. |
| Fixed flat schema | Every token returns the same fields so you can append runs without reshaping. |
How it compares
This Actor focuses on Birdeye's trending lists with multi-chain support and flexible sorting, while the alternative targets detailed single-token lookups.
| Feature | ParseForge | Birdeye Token Scraper |
|---|---|---|
| Trending token list scraping | Yes | Yes |
| Multi-chain support (10 chains) | Yes | Yes |
| Sort by volume, liquidity, market cap, or price change | Yes | Not listed |
| Single-token detail lookup by address | Not listed | Yes |
| Bulk collection up to 1,000,000 tokens | Yes | Not listed |
Configure the run
Drive the Actor by selecting one blockchain and a sort field, then set the maximum number of tokens to collect. The Input tab lists every parameter.
A first run with the defaults:
{"maxItems": 10}
A larger pull:
{"maxItems": 200}

Use with AI agents (MCP)
Give an AI agent live access to Birdeye through the Model Context Protocol. Add the Actor to Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client:
$claude mcp add --transport http apify "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=parseforge/birdeye-token-trending-scraper"
Then prompt it in plain language to run the scraper and read back the results.
Troubleshooting
Why am I getting fewer tokens than my maxItems setting?
Birdeye only returns the tokens currently on its trending list. If fewer tokens are trending, the Actor returns whatever is available. Try a different chain or check back later.
The run finished but my dataset is empty.
Confirm you selected a valid chain from the dropdown. If the chain is correct, Birdeye's trending feed may be temporarily empty. Wait a few minutes and retry.
Can I sort by multiple fields at once?
No, the Actor sorts by one field per run. To rank by a combination, collect the data and sort it in your own script or spreadsheet.
Why is the volume showing as zero for some tokens?
Birdeye reports the data it has. A zero volume means no USD volume was recorded in the last 24 hours for that token on that chain.
FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Do I need a Birdeye API key? | No. This Actor reads the public trending feeds from Birdeye, so no registration or API key is required. |
| Can I scrape multiple chains in one run? | No. Each run targets one blockchain. To collect data from multiple chains, run the Actor once per chain and merge the datasets. |
| What does the sort field 'Volume 24h change %' mean? | It is the percentage change in USD trading volume over the last 24 hours. Use it to find tokens with sudden spikes or drops in activity. |
| How many tokens can I get per run? | You can set the maximum up to 1,000,000 tokens. The actual number returned depends on how many tokens are trending on Birdeye at that moment. |
| Which blockchain should I select for meme coins? | Solana and Base are currently the most active chains for meme coin trading on Birdeye, but you can check any supported network. |
| Can I get the token price in the output? | The output includes market cap, liquidity, and volume. A direct USD price is not in the trending feed, but you can derive it from market cap and supply if you have that data elsewhere. |
| Is this real-time data? | It reflects Birdeye's trending list at the moment the Actor runs. Run it as often as you need for near real-time updates. |
| Can I filter by minimum liquidity? | The Actor does not filter by value. It collects the sorted list and you can filter the resulting dataset in a spreadsheet or downstream script. |
| What export formats are supported? | You can export your results to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML from the Apify dataset tab. |
