The Actor returns fewer results than the number of PIN codes I entered.

Some PIN codes may not have a matching record in the database, or you may have hit the maximum items limit. Increase the limit and re-run.

I switched to branch name mode but the Actor still looks up PIN codes.

Ensure you are populating the 'Branch Names' field, not the 'PIN Codes' field. The input section changes based on the selected mode.

The run takes too long for a large list.

The Actor processes requests sequentially. For very large lists, consider splitting them into multiple runs or increasing the run timeout in your Apify settings.

The output is missing the district or state for some entries.
