The region filter is not reducing the row count.
The region filter narrows the per-region tariff rows inside each product, not the number of products returned. If a product is available in all 14 regions, you will still see one row per region unless you set a specific region code.
I set a Specific Tariff Code but still see multiple rows.
A single product code can have up to 14 rows, one for each GSP region. If you want only one region, also set the GSP Region filter to your desired code.
The Available At date is not returning old tariffs.
Use a full ISO 8601 timestamp like 2026-05-21T00:00:00Z. A date without a time may default to midnight, and the Actor returns products active at that exact moment.
