Phemex Crypto Tickers Scraper

Scrape Phemex spot and perpetual tickers with 24h price, volume, funding rate, and open interest, up to a million per run. Filter by product type, quote currency, or status, and sort by turnover or change. Export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML.

Phemex's public ticker endpoints return raw market data, but pulling them into a flat dataset for analysis takes custom scripting. This Actor reads the 24-hour ticker feeds for spot, inverse perpetual, and USD-margined perpetual contracts directly, applies your filters and sort order, and gives you one clean row per symbol. No API key or exchange account is needed.

Who uses itWhat they scrape Phemex for
Quantitative tradersPull funding rates and turnover for all perpetuals to feed a signal generator.
Market analystsMonitor 24h price changes and volume across spot pairs to spot movers.
Dashboard buildersCollect open interest and mark prices for a real-time market overview.
Crypto researchersGather historical ticker snapshots to study listing patterns and delistings.

What it does

This Actor collects Phemex 24-hour ticker data for spot and perpetual markets and returns each symbol as a flat row with price, volume, funding, and open interest.

  • 📊 Product type filter: Spot, inverse perpetual, USD-margined perpetual, and pilot listings, alone or together.
  • 💰 Quote currency filter: Narrow results to USDT, USD, USDC, BTC, ETH, or TRY pairs.
  • 📋 Status filter: Collect only Listed, Delisted, or Suspended symbols, or all three.
  • 📈 Sort options: Order by turnover, volume, 24h price change, last price, or symbol before capping results.
  • 🔢 Result cap: Set a maximum number of tickers per run, from 1 to 1,000,000.

Results export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML, or straight from the API.

What you can do with Phemex data

📈 Monitor top movers by 24h change.

A trader runs the Actor sorted by 24h percent change, capped at 50 spot tickers, to identify which pairs are breaking out before the next session.

💸 Track perpetual funding rates.

A quant collects all USD-margined perpetual tickers sorted by turnover to calculate the average funding rate and spot premium across the exchange.

📋 Audit listed and delisted symbols.

A researcher sets the status filter to Delisted and collects the full history of symbols that were removed, to study listing longevity.

🌍 Filter by quote currency for local markets.

An analyst pulls only TRY-quoted spot pairs to monitor Turkish lira crypto volumes and price action.

Give an AI agent live access to Phemex through the Model Context Protocol. Add the Actor to Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client:

Then prompt it in plain language to run the scraper and read back the results.

Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check your filter combination. If you set Product Type to Spot and Quote Currency to BTC, but no BTC spot pairs exist, the dataset will be empty. Try broadening one filter.

Why are my results not sorted?

Make sure you selected a sort option other than 'No sort (API order)'. The Actor applies the sort before capping results.

Why do I see fewer tickers than my maxItems setting?

The Actor returns only the tickers that match your filters. If fewer symbols exist on Phemex for your chosen product type and quote currency, you will get fewer rows.

Why is the funding rate zero for some perpetuals?

Phemex may not have published a funding rate for that interval yet, or the symbol is a pilot listing with different funding mechanics. The Actor returns whatever the endpoint provides.

FAQ

QuestionAnswer
Do I need a Phemex account or API key?No. The Actor reads Phemex's public market endpoints, which do not require authentication.
What data does each ticker row include? Each row contains the symbol, last price, 24h price change percent, 24h high and low, volume, turnover in USD, and for perpetuals, funding rate, mark price, index price, and open interest.
Can I get only perpetual contracts?Yes. Set the Product Type filter to Perpetual, PerpetualV2, or PerpetualPilot to exclude spot markets.
How do I sort by the highest 24h volume?Choose 'Volume 24h (desc)' in the Sort By dropdown. The Actor orders all matching tickers before applying the maximum items limit.
What is the difference between Perpetual and PerpetualV2?Perpetual covers inverse contracts (margin in the base coin), while PerpetualV2 covers USD-margined linear contracts. PerpetualPilot includes new pilot listings.
Can I filter by a specific quote currency like BTC?Yes. Use the Quote Currency Filter to select BTC, ETH, USDT, USD, USDC, or TRY.
Does the Actor return delisted symbols?Yes. Set the Status Filter to Delisted to collect only symbols that have been removed from trading.
How many tickers can I collect in one run?You can set the maximum up to 1,000,000. The Actor stops once it reaches your limit.
What export formats are supported? You can export the dataset to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML from the Apify run console.
Can I schedule this to run every hour?Yes. Use Apify's scheduler to run the Actor at any interval and store a time series of ticker snapshots.
