This Actor reads the public Prozorro OpenProcurement tender feed and returns one clean record per tender:

• Feed direction — read newest-first to catch the most recently modified tenders, or oldest-first to walk the registry from the beginning.
• Full detail per tender — for every tender ID in the feed, the Actor fetches the complete record (value, buyer, periods, CPV codes, and more).

You control how many records come back, and every record carries a scrapedAt timestamp.
