SEC IPO Filings Tracker: S-1, F-1 and Prospectuses
Track IPO filings on SEC EDGAR: S-1 and F-1 registrations, amendments, final prospectuses and withdrawals. Get shares, price or range, estimated deal size, exchange and ticker, lead underwriters, counsel, status and days in registration. Filter out SPACs and funds. Export to CSV or Excel.
This SEC IPO tracker follows companies on their way to the stock market. It reads the registration statements (Form S-1 for US companies, F-1 for foreign ones), their amendments, the final prospectus that comes when the offering prices (424B4) and the withdrawals (RW), and turns the cover of each document into clean fields. Look at every filing of a date range, or get one row per company with its status in the IPO pipeline.
A row carries more than the filing link. You get the company, ticker and industry, the form and stage (filed, amended, priced, withdrawn), whether it is an initial public offering, whether it is a blank check company (SPAC), the exchange and the proposed ticker symbol, the number of shares, the price or the price range, the estimated size of the deal, the over-allotment option, the underwriting discount, the lead underwriters, the legal counsel named on the cover, the emerging growth and smaller reporting company flags, how many days since the first filing and how many amendments came before. The pipeline view adds the status of the company, the dates of the first filing, the pricing and a withdrawal, days in registration and the latest terms.
Investors, bankers, lawyers, analysts, journalists and IPO newsletter writers use it to watch the pipeline and to see deals before they price.

How much does it cost to scrape IPO filings?
You pay per result: $36 per 1,000 rows plus a tiny start fee. The free plan returns up to 10 rows per run. The pipeline view is one row per company, so a quarter of IPO activity costs a few cents.
Tips for better results
- The size of a deal is the number of shares times the price, or the middle of the price range. It is an estimate read from the cover and does not include the over-allotment option.
- Preliminary filings often have no price and no number of shares yet. The terms appear in the amendments and the final prospectus.
- Companies also file confidentially before the first public filing. Those drafts are not on EDGAR, so the first public filing can come shortly before the roadshow.
- ETFs, crypto trusts and similar products file the same forms. Turn on the option to leave out funds and trusts.
- Blank check companies have no business yet. Turn on the option to leave them out, or use it to follow only SPACs.
- The proposed symbol and the exchange are read from the text of the document. When a filing does not state them yet, the fields stay empty.
- For a daily list, schedule the Actor every morning and turn on the option to return only filings not returned before.
- Each document is large, so the Actor reads at most 600 filings per run by default. Raise the limit for long date ranges.

FAQ
Do I need an SEC account? No. The Actor works without any login.
What is an S-1? The registration statement that a US company files to offer shares to the public. Foreign companies use an F-1. Changes come as amendments, and the final prospectus is filed when the offering prices.
Does the Actor show confidential drafts? No. Confidential drafts are not public on EDGAR. Only the public filings appear.
Does it include follow-on offerings? Yes, if the company files an S-1 or a 424B4 for more shares. The IPO flag tells an initial public offering from other offerings.
Why is the price empty? Preliminary filings do not state the price. Look at later amendments or the final prospectus.
How far back can I search? Use the filing dates to choose the period. With a company, the default start date is a year ago.
Is this financial advice? No. IPO filings are public information. Use them as one input among many.
