DOL H-1B LCA Scraper — Visa Sponsor & Salary Leads

Find H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visa sponsor leads in official U.S. Department of Labor Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data. Search employers, job titles, occupations, industries, worksites, case statuses, offered wages, prevailing wages, requested positions, secondary entities, and filing dates without an API key, login, browser, or proxy.

Use the actor for visa-sponsor prospecting, recruiting market research, salary benchmarking, employer/industry analysis, consulting end-client research, and source-backed immigration/compliance screening.

Fast start

Empty input uses one fast, certified FY2025 Microsoft case. The equivalent explicit input is:

{
"fiscalYear": 2025,
"caseNumber": "I-200-25266-327008",
"maxResults": 25
}

caseNumber is unique and takes precedence over broader filters. Clear it before employer, job, or geography searches.

Find certified software-development cases in Washington with offered wages of at least $150,000:

{
"fiscalYear": 2025,
"caseNumber": "",
"jobTitle": "software",
"socCodes": ["15-12"],
"worksiteStates": ["WA"],
"visaClasses": ["H-1B"],
"caseStatuses": ["Certified"],
"minAnnualWage": 150000,
"sortBy": "wage_desc",
"maxResults": 100
}

Find consulting placements at secondary-entity worksites:

{
"fiscalYear": 2025,
"caseNumber": "",
"secondaryEntityFilter": "yes",
"caseStatuses": ["Certified"],
"minWorkerPositions": 1,
"sortBy": "decision_desc",
"maxResults": 100
}

Search and filters

  • FY2020–FY2026 official disclosure workbooks; FY2025 is the latest complete default and FY2026 is partial through Q2
  • exact LCA case number
  • general employer, job, SOC, NAICS, worksite, secondary-entity, or case keyword
  • dedicated employer/DBA and job/occupation substrings
  • SOC and NAICS code prefixes
  • primary worksite and employer-address states
  • H-1B, H-1B1 Chile, H-1B1 Singapore, and E-3 Australian visa classes
  • Certified, Certified - Withdrawn, Denied, Withdrawn, and other disclosed case statuses
  • full-time, H-1B-dependent, willful-violator, and secondary-entity indicators
  • minimum/maximum mechanically annualized offered wage
  • minimum requested worker positions
  • received and decision date ranges
  • decision, received, wage, positions, or employer sorting
  • 1–1,000 output rows

The selected workbook is streamed in full for broad searches, so filters and sorting are evaluated across every primary disclosure row rather than a hidden candidate subset. Exact case-number lookup stops when the unique row is found.

Output

Each found row exposes stable source-linked evidence for:

  • fiscal year, dataset period, case number/status, received/decision/original certification dates, and visa class
  • job title, SOC code/title, full-time indicator, employment dates, and requested-position breakdown
  • employer legal/DBA name, public FEIN, NAICS code, business phone, and address
  • primary worksite address/count and whether another business was reported at the worksite
  • raw offered wage range/unit and mechanically annualized values
  • prevailing wage, wage unit/level, OES period, and alternate survey/source fields
  • H-1B dependency, willful-violator, worker-support, statutory-basis, and public-disclosure fields
  • exact official DOL dataset/workbook links, rows scanned, matches found, retrieval time, and mandatory caveats

This product intentionally omits named employer contacts, personal email addresses, and attorney/agent contact details from the otherwise public workbook. It does not contain beneficiary or worker identities.

No-match runs return an explicit NO_MATCHES item. Temporary DOL/download/workbook failures return SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE, not an ambiguous empty dataset.

Coverage

The actor searches the main LCA disclosure workbook for the chosen fiscal year. It does not currently join Appendix A or the separate all-worksites workbook. Therefore, a row includes the main reported worksite fields and totalWorksiteLocations, but not every additional worksite attached to a multi-location case.

Quarterly files are year-to-date releases. FY2026 is currently a partial Q2 file and must not be compared directly with complete fiscal years without adjusting for coverage.

Important interpretation limits

A Labor Condition Application is an employer-filed labor-condition attestation disclosed by DOL. It is not USCIS petition approval, visa issuance, proof that a worker was hired, current employment, employer endorsement, immigration advice, or a complete compliance determination. A certified LCA does not prove an H-1B petition was filed or approved. Cases may be withdrawn, denied, amended, superseded, or later changed. A missing row does not prove an employer never sponsored foreign-national workers.

Wages are employer-reported offered rates for the disclosed case/worksite. They are not verified compensation, current salary, actual worker pay, or a guarantee. Annualized values mechanically apply 2,080 hours, 52 weeks, 26 biweekly periods, 24 semimonthly periods, or 12 months. They do not account for overtime, bonuses, hours actually worked, or other compensation.

Requested worker positions do not prove petitions, visas, hires, or current headcount. H-1B-dependent, willful-violator, secondary-entity, and statutory fields are reported disclosure evidence, not independent legal conclusions by this product. Confirm consequential immigration, hiring, compensation, compliance, credit, or diligence decisions against current DOL/USCIS records and qualified counsel.
