Search the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Housing Maintenance Code Violations file on NYC Open Data (about 11 million violations, updated daily, 52k downloads).
Each result includes:
- violation ID, class (A non-hazardous, B hazardous, C immediately hazardous, I order) and full violation description
- notice issued date, inspection date, certify-by date
- open / closed status, current HPD status and status date, rent impairing flag
- building address, apartment, story, borough, ZIP
- BBL, BIN, block, lot, HPD building ID and registration ID (join to HPD registrations and DOB records)
- community board, neighborhood, latitude and longitude
