scope is domain with subdomains for a domain and exact URL for a page, and country is all when no country was set. organicTrafficMonthly, trafficValueUsdMonthly, trafficHistory and topCountries are always worldwide figures; country only picks the market for topPages and topKeywords (and the keywords' search volume). With no country those two lists follow the site's main market, its first topCountries entry (the US for apify.com, Germany for zalando.de); Ahrefs has no worldwide version of them. id is a stable key (scope, target and country) for joining snapshots from scheduled runs.
