🛠️ How It Works

1. Add products – Paste DHgate product URLs (e.g. https://www.dhgate.com/product/<name>/1113345014.html) or just the numeric product IDs.
2. Choose what to collect – Product reviews (default) or all reviews of each product's seller. Set the maximum number of reviews (default 50, 0 returns summaries only).
3. Run the scraper – You get one rating summary per product (or seller) followed by its reviews, newest first.

⚙️ Input

In seller mode, every review also carries productName, productUrl and itemCode of the product that was reviewed, and supplierId identifies the store.

📋 Coverage report

Each run saves a SUMMARY record with, per product or seller, the review count DHgate states, how many reviews it lists publicly, how many were returned and why collection stopped (maxReviews, dateReached, listEnd, summaryOnly). DHgate counts some automatic default reviews in a seller's total without listing them, so a seller may state 7,449 reviews but list 2,124 — the scraper returns every listed review. Product IDs that do not exist are reported as notFound and are not charged. Many DHgate products have no reviews yet; you still get their summary with zero counts.

20 products with 50 reviews each cost about $1.04. All 2,000 reviews of a large seller cost about $2.00. If you set a maximum cost per run, the scraper stops when it is reached.

❓ FAQ

Are reviewer names included? No. You get the buyer's membership level and country, not their name.

Why does a seller show fewer reviews than DHgate states? DHgate hides automatic default reviews from its public list. The SUMMARY record shows both numbers.

Can I start from a store URL? Use any product URL from that store with reviewScope: "seller".
