• Fair billing: withdrawn or unknown products are flagged and not charged, and a product that fails gets a free error row so you know what to re-run. An empty rating summary (0 ratings while the product page shows ratings) is retried and never billed as real data.

2. Choose the depth: set maxReviewsPerProduct, pick the sort order and turn on Include questions and answers if you need the Q&A.
3. Run the scraper and get one summary row per product, one row per review and, optionally, one row per question. Download the dataset or pull it through the Apify API.

Examples:

• 1 product with 300 reviews = $0.005 + $0.30 = $0.305.
• 10 products with 100 reviews each = $0.05 + $1.00 = $1.05.
• 5 products with 20 reviews each = $0.025 + $0.10 = $0.125.

Products that no longer exist, and products that fail, are not charged. If Coupang stops returning review pages partway, you pay for the summary and the reviews you got, and the summary row says reviewsIncomplete: true. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options and the scraper stops once it is reached.

itemName is the exact option the reviewer bought (model, color, memory), and vendorItemId/itemId identify that variant. helpfulCount is the total number of votes; helpfulTrueCount and helpfulFalseCount split it into helpful and unhelpful. surveyAnswers holds Coupang's short review questionnaire in Korean, so its keys change with the product category. videos are stream links. verifiedPurchase is true for Coupang's 쿠팡실구매자 (verified buyer) marker; isTrialReview is true for 쿠팡체험단 trial reviews, where the reviewer received the product rather than bought it, and those are never verifiedPurchase. Text fields come decoded, with no HTML entities such as · or &. ratingAverage is null for a product with no ratings. reviewsIncomplete: true means Coupang stopped returning review pages before your cap or the end of the list; re-run that product to fill the gap. Unknown or withdrawn products come back as { "type": "product", "productId": "…", "status": "not_found" }, and a product that could not be fetched comes back with "status": "failed" and an error message; neither is charged.

🔁 Schedule and Integrate

For review monitoring, run the scraper once a day (or once a week for slower products) with sortBy: "newest" and a modest maxReviewsPerProduct: each run catches the latest reviews, and the summary rows give you a dated rating history. ❓ Coupang Reviews FAQ

Does Coupang have an official API? Coupang's Open API is for registered sellers managing their own products and orders, and the Coupang Partners API is for approved affiliates building product links. Both need an account and approval, and neither is meant for exporting the public reviews of any product. This Actor needs no key or account and returns the review data a shopper sees on the product page, plus the star histogram, survey answers and Q&A.

How do I export Coupang reviews (쿠팡 리뷰) to Excel? Paste the product URLs, run the scraper and download the dataset as Excel or CSV from the run's Storage tab. Filter on type to separate summaries, reviews and Q&A.

Do I need a Coupang account? No. The scraper reads public product pages only.

Why is a review's title, text or survey empty? Many Coupang reviews have no headline, some are star-only with no text, and not every category has a survey. Those fields are null or empty then.

How many reviews can I get per product? Up to maxReviewsPerProduct for each product, limited by how many reviews Coupang lists. The summary's reviewTotalCount tells you how many exist. Only www.coupang.com product pages (Korea) are supported.
