Remote Hiring Leads: Companies Hiring Remotely Right Now

Find which companies are hiring remotely today, pulled from seven public remote job boards at once and rolled up into one row per employer: how many roles they have open, what those roles are, which regions they hire from, salary where it is published, and links to every posting.

No API key, no account, no proxy.

What does this do?

Every other remote jobs scraper hands you a pile of job rows from one board. That is the wrong shape for most of the work: recruiters, sales teams and job seekers want to know who is hiring, not to page through duplicate listings.

This Actor reads all seven boards, drops stale postings, filters out recruitment agencies, merges the same employer across boards, and gives you a company list sorted by how hard they are hiring.

Why seven boards and not one

In a September 2026 run the boards barely overlapped: of 326 companies found, only 10 appeared on more than one board. Any single-board tool is therefore showing you a small slice of the market.

Filter by keyword and it narrows hard: python plus data engineer returned 12 companies from the same 775 jobs, including Instacart, Samsara, Gopuff and Welltech.

How to use it

  1. Add role keywords such as python, sales, product manager, or leave empty for everything.
  2. Optionally set regions such as usa or europe. Roles advertised as worldwide always pass.
  3. Set minimum open roles to 2 or 3 to find companies in a real hiring push.
  4. Run it, then export to CSV, Excel or JSON, or push it into your CRM.

A keyword phrase matches when every word appears in the title or tags, so data engineer also finds "Senior Data Platform Engineer".

Pay per result: $0.01 per company lead. You are charged only for the company rows you receive, after filtering, so stale postings and filtered agencies cost nothing. Maximum companies to return caps what a run can cost.

Where the data comes from

Seven public boards, each through its own open endpoint: We Work Remotely (RSS category feeds), RemoteOK, Jobicy, Working Nomads, Arbeitnow, Himalayas and Remotive. All were confirmed reachable from Apify servers without a proxy before this Actor was built.

FAQ

Why do some companies show only one board? Because that is the reality: the boards overlap very little. That is the reason to read all of them.

What counts as a recruitment agency? Staffing firms, outsourcers and talent marketplaces, matched on the company name and on ad wording like "our client is" or "join our talent pool". Roughly the usual suspects on remote boards: dev shops and body leasers. Turn the filter off to include them, and every row carries isLikelyAgency either way.

Are contact emails included? No. These boards publish the employer and the application link, not a contact address, and nothing here is invented. Use the job link or the company site to apply or reach out.

How far back does it go? As far as each board's public feed does, typically the last few hundred postings. Posted within then trims by age, 30 days by default.

Why is Arbeitnow's number so much smaller? It is a general German job board rather than a remote-only one, so only its remote roles are kept — about 6% of what it publishes.
