Elon Musk has lifted the restrictions on login, but the API is still not functioning properly. When can we expect it to be fixed?

Has this API not been fixed yet as of July 10th? From what I know, it is no longer necessary to log in to access Twitter links.

Unfortunately, Twitter put everything behind a login, you can now only scrape single tweets without a login.
