Get a consultant-grade diagnosis of your organization's structure in minutes. This Actor analyzes your team against the Cell framework — a model for how organizations should be structured in the AI age — and delivers a prioritized, actionable report as clean Markdown.

What you get

Every run produces a full Resomnium Analysis report with eight sections:

  1. Configuration Assessment — what your org actually is today (Single Player, Triad, Full Cell, Legacy Hierarchy, or Hybrid), with evidence from your input
  2. Function Coverage Matrix — each of the 5 core functions (Clarity, Execution, Narrative, Access, Integrity) scored 1–10, with the key gap and conflict risks
  3. Growth Fit Assessment — whether your current structure survives your growth plan, and which function breaks first
  4. Accountability Diagnosis — which of the 4 accountability layers exist and which are missing
  5. Trap Detection — the 3 anti-patterns: Tool trap (AI without structural change), Halfway trap (headcount cuts without redesign), Avoidance trap (restructuring without accountability)
  6. Skills Readiness — team-level view across Agency, Integrity, Intelligence, and Taste
  7. Three Priority Recommendations — strictly ranked, each with what to do, why, and a concrete first step for the next 7 days
  8. Transition Path — a phased 90-day roadmap from your current state to the target configuration

How to use it

Describe your organization in the input form. Only one field is required — the description — but the more you provide (team structure, decision-making, pain points, growth plans), the sharper the analysis. You can also paste the text of an org chart or team document.

The report lands in the run's dataset and as an OUTPUT Markdown file you can download or pipe into other tools.

Good input: "We're a 12-person fintech startup. CEO handles strategy and fundraising, CTO leads 5 engineers, 2 sales reps, 1 customer success, 1 product manager without clear authority, 2 ops. Decisions flow through CEO+CTO consensus. Recently raised Series A, scaling to 35 people in 9 months."

Weak input: "500 people, make us better." The analysis quality scales directly with input detail — thin input produces conservative scores and generic recommendations, and the report will say so.

Who it's for

  • Startup founders checking whether the founding team's structure survives the next growth phase
  • Small teams (1–15 people) — where the framework is most actionable; larger orgs get useful directional analysis
  • AI-transformation leads checking whether AI adoption is actually changing how work is structured, or just adding tools
  • Post-merger teams mapping function overlaps and accountability gaps
  • Periodic health checks — run it quarterly and compare reports

Limitations

  • The Cell framework is opinionated: it advocates small, high-accountability teams with explicit function ownership. This is not a neutral survey.
  • The analysis works from the snapshot you provide — it has no access to your internal systems.
  • One framework lens, applied honestly: where your input is too thin to assess something, the report says so instead of guessing.

Pricing

One flat charge per delivered report. No subscription, no metered usage, no hidden compute costs. If the analysis fails to generate, you are not charged.
