Collect official job listings from mediere.anofm.ro, the job-matching portal of Romania's National Employment Agency (Agenția Națională pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă). ANOFM is the government body that manages Romania's national labor exchange. Every employer posting a vacancy is legally required to register it with ANOFM before filling it, making this the most complete and authoritative source of open positions in Romania.

What you get

Each result contains:

  • Job: occupation title (from the COR registry), ANOFM job ID, URL, start date, expiry date
  • Occupation code: COR code (Clasificarea Ocupatiilor din Romania) for cross-referencing occupational statistics
  • Employer: registered company name and Romanian CIF (tax identification number)
  • Location: city, county (judet), country code RO
  • Compensation: salary min/max in RON, salary type (gross/net), period (monthly)
  • Contract details: contract type (permanent/fixed-term), work schedule (full-time/part-time/internship/apprenticeship), work regime (office/field/remote)
  • Requirements: minimum education level, professional experience level
  • Industry/domain: ANOFM job domain classification
  • EU eligibility: flag for positions open to EU citizens (EURES cross-border listings)
  • Special programs: PCLM, SLD, NEET and other subsidized employment programs
  • Physical address: street name, number, and building from the workplace address
  • Labor-market velocity: open_positions_freed + open_positions_new split for demand analysis
  • Employer cross-reference: employer_id for grouping all postings from the same company
  • Contacts: recruiter name, email address, and phone number from the posting
  • Application method: Interviu (interview), CV submission, or dosar (application file)

Use cases

  • Romanian labor market research: identify which sectors and counties have the most open positions
  • Salary benchmarking: compare RON gross salaries across occupations and regions
  • EU cross-border recruitment: filter EURES-flagged positions open to non-Romanian EU citizens
  • HR analytics: track demand by COR occupation code, education level, and contract type
  • Government procurement intelligence: identify which companies are actively hiring via ANOFM
  • Academic research: analyze Romania's formal labor market using the official government registry
  • JobFeed aggregation: source for the nanoscrape job-feed service covering the RO market

Pricing

This actor uses Pay-Per-Event (PPE) pricing:

EventCost
Actor start$0.001
Job result (SERP mode)$0.003
Full job detail (all contact fields)$0.005

$5 free monthly credit is included with every Apify account: enough for roughly 1,600 standard job results or 1,000 detail fetches per month.

Enable includeJobDetails: true to charge the detail-result event rate and surface the full contact information (recruiter name, email, phone). The ANOFM API returns all fields in a single request regardless, so there is no extra HTTP cost.

Romania-specific notes

Salary currency: All salaries are in RON (leu romanesc). The 2026 gross minimum wage is approximately 3,700 RON/month. Net salaries are roughly 60% of gross after 35% employee social contributions and 10% income tax.

COR codes: Every occupation on ANOFM is classified by the COR (Clasificarea Ocupatiilor din Romania), Romania's national occupation classification aligned with ISCO-08. The cor_code field enables cross-referencing with National Institute of Statistics (INS) labor market data.

41 judete + Bucuresti: Romania has 41 counties plus the Municipiul Bucuresti special administrative district, totaling 42 administrative units. The county field returns the judet name with diacritics (e.g. "Timis", "Constanta", "Valcea").

Employment types in Romanian:

  • normă întreagă = full-time
  • normă parțială = part-time
  • practică = internship
  • ucenicie = apprenticeship

PCLM listings: Locuri de Munca (PCLM = Piata Locurilor de Munca) are standard market vacancies. Other target groups include SLD (long-term unemployed), NEET, and special-needs candidates.

EURES eligibility: Vacancies marked available_for_eu_citizens: true are published on the European Employment Services network and are open to workers from any EU/EEA country.
