Kleinanzeigen Scraper: eBay Kleinanzeigen listings, prices and sellers
Scrape kleinanzeigen.de (formerly eBay Kleinanzeigen), Germany's biggest classifieds site, by search URL, category URL or search term (Fahrrad, iPhone, Wohnung...). Each listing comes back as clean data: title, price, negotiable (VB) flag, location, posted time, private or commercial seller, shipping, description, attributes and photos. Export to CSV, JSON or Excel, or call it from the API.
Use it for German price monitoring, resale and arbitrage research, new-listing alerts and market data. Kleinanzeigen stops serving results after page 50 (about 1,250 listings); this actor splits big searches by price band so you get all of them. Works with AI agents through the Apify MCP server.
Why this one
Users of other Kleinanzeigen scrapers report getting 25 results out of 1,100. This actor is built to return what you asked for:
- Walks every result page, and Kleinanzeigen stops serving results after page 50 (about 1,250 listings): when your search is bigger than that, the actor automatically cuts it into price bands so each band fits, and keeps going. (Set Max listings above 1,250 to use this.)
- Private vs commercial sellers as a filter (done by Kleinanzeigen itself), plus min/max price. Rows also carry a shop-badge flag.
- Only-new mode for scheduled runs and alerts: listings you already got are skipped and not charged.
- Posted-in-the-last-N-hours filter, newest first, stops early when it passes your cut-off.
- Promoted ads are skipped by default (they sit out of order at the top of each page).
- No silent empty runs: if the site blocks the run before any data arrives it FAILS with the reason and charges nothing.
- Hard cap: Max listings is exact; you are never billed beyond it.
Input (main fields)
Search URLs (copy from your browser with city/category chosen) or search terms; min/max price; seller type; posted within N hours; fetch detail pages; only listings not seen before; split big searches by price; max listings; proxy or custom proxy URL (a German residential proxy helps for large runs).
Output (one row per listing)
id, url, title, snippet, price, priceText, negotiable, free, currency, location, postedText, postedAt, directBuy, shippingPossible, isShop, shopName, sellerType (only when you used the seller filter), promoted, thumbnail, imageCount, detailScraped, scrapedAt. With detail pages: description, attributes{...}, listedOn, locality, priceDetail, adId, images[], expired.

Pricing
Pay per event: $0.0015 per listing, plus $0.003 per detail page if enabled. No start fee. 1,000 listings = $1.50.
Notes and limits
- Posted time: Kleinanzeigen shows "Heute, 16:31", "Gestern, ..." or a date, so
postedAtis exact to the minute for today/yesterday and to the day for older ads. - Seller names and phone numbers are not extracted. The ad text itself is returned as written; if sellers put personal details in it, treat that as personal data under GDPR.
- Public pages only, no login. Use the data according to Kleinanzeigen's terms and German/EU law.
FAQ
How much does it cost? Pay per event: $0.0015 per listing, plus $0.003 per listing detail page if you switch details on, plus a $0.00005 start event per run (per GB of memory). 1,000 listings = $1.50 before details. You are not charged for items skipped by filters or only-new mode, duplicates, or anything past your max-items limit. Prices are on the Pricing tab and in PRICING.md.
Is there a limit on results? maxItems is a hard cap you set per run (default 50). Runs also stop at the paging limit in the input (maxPagesPerSearch). The source site may cap how deep its own search goes; see Notes and limits.
Is it legal? The Actor collects only publicly visible data from kleinanzeigen.de, with no logins. You remain responsible for using the data in line with the site's terms and data-protection law (GDPR/UK GDPR), especially for personal data.
Do I need proxies? Not for normal runs: the default input works without one (no proxy is used). For very large runs you can add an Apify proxy or your own proxy URL in the Proxy configuration field; that cost is then yours.
Can I schedule it? Yes: use Apify Schedules or the API; a daily schedule with "only new" mode returns just the listings you have not received before.
Which export formats are available? Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML or RSS from the Console or API, or pull it with the Apify API/clients (Python, JavaScript) and integrations such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets.
Something broke or a field is missing? Open an issue on the Actor's Issues tab with the run link.
Use with AI agents / MCP
Agents can call this Actor through the Apify MCP server (https://mcp.apify.com). Add the Actor to the server, or let the agent find it with the search-actors tool, then call it by name:
- Actor:
santis_hermes/kleinanzeigen-scraper - Example prompt: "Get the 3 newest bicycle listings on Kleinanzeigen with price and location."
- Minimal input:
{"searchQueries": ["Fahrrad"],"maxItems": 3}
Results come back as dataset items (structured JSON), so an agent can read them directly. Keep maxItems small for agent calls to control cost. Docs: https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/mcp
Feedback
If this saved you time, a rating on the Store page helps others find it. If it did not work for you, please open an issue on the Issues tab with the run link and I will look at it.
