does it only scrape the first 1000 results?
if storeleads webpage limits the page you browse, then yes (same way you can't browse all search results from amazon & google)
that's not stupid from them if they want you to upgrade your plan and have access to the feature "download csv" to get full data
Maybe try to filter your results and create multiple search url of 1000 results
