  "text": "I had a bus booked to take me from one city to another, directly to the airport. It was more costly than both the earlier and later buses so clearly a busy service. The evening before the journey I received an email to say the bus was cancelled. I was offered to switch to either earlier or later bus for free but if those buses were suitable I would have booked them in the first place! Also, they were both much cheaper and if I switched I would have been paying more than the original cost of those buses. I canceled and at least got an immediate refund. I can't help thinking that this was a scheme to collect more money in fares then switch people to less popular buses. It was the first time I thought I would try Flix to get to the airport. I won't try again.",
