How to use it

  1. Enter a repository as owner/repo (for example apify/crawlee), or an organisation name to scan its top repositories.
  2. Set Max contributors to cap how many people to collect.
  3. Optionally add a GitHub token to raise the rate limit for large repositories.
  4. Run it. Export as JSON, CSV or Excel, or pull it through the Apify API.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the emails come from? Only public sources: the developer's public profile email, or the email in their public commit metadata. Private and hidden addresses are never included.

Why is email empty for some people? Many developers do not publish an email and use a private commit address. Those records still include company, website, location and their profile link.

Can I scan a whole organisation? Yes. Enter the organisation name and the actor scans its most recently active public repositories.

How fresh is the data? Profiles and contributor rankings are read live at run time (see observedAt).
