🎓 Skool Profile Scraper — Bio, Socials, Communities & Activity

Turn any Skool profile into a clean, structured record. Give it handles, a whole community, or let it auto-seed from Skool's public directory — it pulls each member's name, bio, location, avatar, every social link, member-since, follower/post counts, the public communities they belong to, their per-community level & points, and a full year of daily contribution counts (the activity heatmap). No login required. Run it on a schedule to catch new members as they join.

Skool profiles are fully public — no anti-bot challenge, no CAPTCHA, no login wall. This actor reads the data Skool itself renders on every profile and community page, so runs are fast and reliable.

Why this one

Most Skool scrapers give you a flat member name + avatar and stop. This one is comprehensive and lead-ready:

  • Full bio + location + all socials (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, website) — the contact surface, not just a name
  • Public communities they belong to — slug, display name, member count, link
  • Per-community level & points — Skool hides these on the profile page; we pull them from the community leaderboard + feed and attach them automatically
  • Activity heatmap — a year of daily contribution counts, exactly as the public profile shows
  • Three input modes — exact handles, harvest a whole community's members, or auto-seed from the discovery directory
  • ✅ A new-profile monitor — track a community's growth and get alerted on new members

What you get (per profile)

name · handle · bio · location · avatar · socials (ig/yt/li/x/fb/website) · memberSince · followers · following · posts · contributions · totalCommunities · publicCommunities[] · communitiesCreated[] · level · points · role · activityHeatmap · profile_url · is_new · scraped_at

Export to CSV/JSON/Excel or pull via the Apify API into your CRM, Clay, n8n, or Make.

How to use it

  1. Click Try for free.
  2. Pick a mode:
    • Exact profiles — paste handles/URLs into profileUrls.
    • Whole community — put a community slug in communities (e.g. ai-automation-society). The actor harvests every visible member with their level/points, then scrapes each full profile.
    • Discovery — turn on discoveryMode to auto-seed communities from Skool's public directory.
  3. Click Start, then open the Dataset tab.
  4. For a live feed: turn on Monitor mode + a Schedule to get alerted when new members appear.

Public vs. member-only data (bring your own login)

Everything above — bio, socials, communities, level/points, and the activity heatmap — is public and needs no login.

The only thing gated behind a Skool session is the bodies of a member's recent activity posts. If you want those, bring your own Skool login: paste the value of your auth_token cookie into skoolCookie. It is never stored and never logged — it's only used to set the request Cookie header. Without it, the actor still returns every public field for every member.

Who it's for

  • 🏢 B2B / agencies building lead lists of creators by niche (socials + bio are the outreach surface)
  • 📊 Analysts tracking community growth, member levels, and engagement over time
  • 🤝 Partnerships finding high-level, high-contribution members to collaborate with

FAQ

Do I need a Skool login? No. All public fields — bio, socials, communities, level/points, activity heatmap — come back with no login. A login is only needed if you also want the text of recent activity posts, and then you bring your own.

How do I get level & points? They aren't on the profile page itself — Skool only renders them inside a community. So harvest via communities (or discoveryMode) and keep enrichLevelPoints on; the actor attaches each member's level/points from that community's leaderboard + feed.

Can it pull a whole community's members? Yes — put the community slug in communities. It collects every visible member (post authors + leaderboard) and scrapes each full profile.

What's the activity heatmap? A year of daily contribution counts (startDate, endDate, counts[]) — the same data the public profile's contribution graph shows.

Will it get blocked? Skool's only anti-bot is an AWS WAF that rejects non-browser requests; this actor sends a real browser fingerprint, so it passes cleanly. Add Apify Proxy only if you hit rate limits at large scale.

What if a profile is private or deleted? It's skipped silently — only real, public profiles land in the dataset.

Can it run on a schedule? Yes — turn on monitorMode and add an Apify Schedule. It remembers what it's seen (in a named store) and emits/alerts each new member once.

  • Public profile/community data. Names, bios, socials, communities, levels, points, and the activity heatmap are public on Skool. You are responsible for compliant, privacy-respecting use of any personal data — follow applicable laws (GDPR/CCPA) and Skool's Terms.
  • Your login stays yours. The optional skoolCookie is read from input only, never stored or logged.
  • No double-counting — monitor mode remembers what it's seen and emits each profile once.
