Use cases

  • Procurement & price benchmarking: compare unit prices, bulk-discount break points, minimum orders and lead times across suppliers and brands, in your own currency.
  • B2B lead generation: build lists of the industrial suppliers and distributors selling in Singapore and South-East Asia, with the supplier's e-mail, domain and shop number, ranked by leadScore.
  • Competitor & price monitoring: schedule runs in monitor mode to receive only newly listed products and price moves for a keyword, category, brand or supplier.
  • Catalogue & product data: feed ERPs, e-procurement and PIM systems with clean product data, specification tables, spec sheets and images.
  • Market mapping: size categories and brands across Eezee's catalogue for range planning and market research.

How to use

  1. Open the actor and enter Search keywords (for example safety gloves), or pick Categories / Brands, or paste Eezee page links.
  2. Optional: set a price range, Buy now vs Request a quote, a sort order, the currency and Max products.
  3. Click Start. Products stream into the dataset; export them as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML, or read them through the Apify API.

Input

}
  • searchTerms: product words or model numbers; each runs as its own search (the same results as Eezee's search box) and the cap is shared fairly between them.
  • startUrls / urlsFromFile: eezee.sg links. A product page returns that product; a category, brand or search page returns its products with the page's own filters and sort. Upload or link a text file, or paste a list. API callers send [{ "url": "https://eezee.sg/..." }].
  • categories: a main category (safety, power-tools, fasteners...) covers all its sub-categories; a sub-category (cotton-gloves) covers that one. Names work too.
  • brands: brand names as shown on Eezee (3M, Bosch, RS Pro, Safety Jogger).
  • shopNumbers: a supplier's whole range (the shopNumber from any of its products); add keywords, categories or brands to narrow it.
  • wholeCatalogue: the entire catalogue; with a cap above 10,000 (or 0) the actor walks every sub-category.
  • currency: SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, PHP, USD, AUD, CNY or INR for price and the price filters; all nine are in priceByCurrency.
  • minPrice / maxPrice, enquiryType (all, buy_now, quote), withSupplierEmailOnly, includeInactive, sortBy (relevance, priceLowToHigh, priceHighToLow).
  • maxResults: products in total (default 100, 0 = no limit). maxPagesPerQuery: optional depth limit per search (pages of 60).
  • includeSpecifications (default on), monitorMode + dedupStoreName (the monitor's name).

Products in a category with a specification table also carry it, for example (Hexarmor 3025XL10 gloves):

{
"specifications": [
{ "name": "Palm Coating Material", "value": "Foam Nitrile" },
{ "name": "ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Level", "value": "5" },
{ "name": "ANSI/ISEA Cut Level", "value": "A4" }
],
"specificationsText": "Palm Coating Material: Foam Nitrile; ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Level: 5; ...; ANSI/ISEA Cut Level: A4"
}

Products with bulk discounts list each tier: { "minQty": 10, "discountPercent": 5, "unitPrice": 3.33 }, plus a readable bulkDiscountText such as 10+: 5% off (S$ 3.33 each); 20+: 10% off (S$ 3.15 each).

Good to know

  • Supplier e-mail is present only when the supplier uploaded the listing itself. Many listings are added by Eezee's own team, from staff mailboxes or from accounts Eezee runs on a supplier's behalf; those carry no supplier e-mail, because none of them reaches the supplier. For lead lists, turn on Only products with a supplier e-mail; the actor reads further into the results to fill your cap.
  • Specifications, descriptions, stock, bulk discounts, spec sheets and variants appear where the supplier or Eezee provides them; otherwise the field is empty (null or []), never guessed.
  • Popularity signals (viewCount, scorePopular, scoreTrending) are Eezee's own counters. Eezee records them for only about 2% of products (4,315 products checked in October 2026); on the rest they are null, not 0. scoreTrending is a signed change and appears only next to a popularity score.
  • Prices in other currencies are Eezee's own conversions; baseCurrency / basePrice show the currency the supplier lists in. Price filters apply to the selected currency, in whole units.
  • Eezee serves at most 10,000 results per search. For more, the actor splits a search into price bands automatically. A quote-only product without a price cannot be placed in a price band, so beyond the first 10,000 results of a very large search such products can be missed.
  • Monitor mode remembers what it delivered under the monitor name: the first run returns the current results and sets the baseline; later runs return products listed on Eezee after it, plus price drops and increases (in the supplier's own currency) on products you already received. Use one monitor name per search.
  • Product links are matched to the exact product; a product no longer on Eezee is named in the run summary and not billed.
  • A category or brand that Eezee does not have stops the run before any product is fetched or billed, with a message saying which value was not found.

How much does it cost to scrape Eezee?

This Actor uses Apify's pay-per-event pricing: you pay for the products it delivers, with no monthly rental. The events it can charge are:

  • Product - One Eezee.sg industrial/MRO product: title, brand, model, category, prices in 9 currencies, bulk-discount tiers, MOQ, lead time, stock, specifications, images and the supplier's own e-mail where the supplier listed it.
  • Actor start - from 25 October 2026, a small fixed fee each time a run starts, charged once per GB of run memory (the default run uses 1 GB).

The current price of each event is shown on the Pricing tab of this page. Set a maximum total charge on the run if you want a hard cap on spend, and use the input limits to control how much the Actor fetches.

Automate & schedule

Run this actor on autopilot and pull results into your own stack:

  • Apify API: start runs, fetch datasets, and manage schedules over REST.
  • apify-client for JavaScript and apify-client for Python: official SDKs.
  • Schedules: run it hourly, daily or weekly with monitorMode to track new products and price changes in a category, for a brand or for a supplier.
  • Webhooks: trigger downstream actions (CRM import, Slack alert, price-change e-mail) the moment a run finishes.
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: 'MY_APIFY_TOKEN' });
const run = await client.actor('scrapesage/eezee-scraper').call({
searchTerms: ['safety gloves'],
currency: 'SGD',
maxResults: 200,
monitorMode: true,
dedupStoreName: 'safety-gloves-monitor',
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(`Got ${items.length} new or re-priced Eezee products`);

Integrate with any app

Connect the dataset to 5,000+ apps, no code required:

  • Make: multi-step automation scenarios.
  • Zapier: push new supplier leads straight into your CRM.
  • Slack: get notified when a monitored search finds new products or price drops.
  • Google Drive / Sheets: auto-export every run to a spreadsheet.
  • Airbyte: pipe results into your data warehouse.
  • GitHub: trigger runs from commits or releases.

Use with AI assistants (MCP)

The output is clean, LLM-ready JSON. Call this actor from Claude, ChatGPT or any agent framework through the Apify MCP server: ask your assistant to "find safety-equipment suppliers on Eezee with products under S$50 and list their e-mails" and let it run this scraper for you.

Agent-ready: autonomous payments (x402 & Skyfire)

This actor is agent-ready: AI agents can discover it, run it, and pay for it autonomously, with no Apify account and no human in the loop. It uses pay-per-event pricing and limited permissions, so it qualifies for Apify's agentic-payment standards:

  • x402: an open, HTTP-native payment protocol. Agents pay per run in USDC on the Base network directly through the Apify MCP server, with no account and no API key.
  • Skyfire: agent-to-service payments for fully autonomous AI-agent workflows.

Building an AI agent, MCP tool, or autonomous data pipeline? This scraper is ready to plug in and pay as it goes.

Tips

  • Whole catalogue: tick Whole catalogue and set Max products (0 = no limit). Up to 10,000 products you get Eezee's own top-ranked order; above that the actor walks every sub-category.
  • Deep searches: leave Max pages per search empty and raise Max products; the actor reads as deep as your cap needs and splits very large searches into price bands.
  • Supplier lists: run a keyword with Only products with a supplier e-mail, then use each shopNumber in shopNumbers to pull that supplier's whole range.
  • Your own SKUs: paste product links into Eezee page links (or a file of them) and turn on monitor mode to track their prices.
  • Proxies: the default Apify proxy works; if it is ever refused, the actor retries through Singapore residential proxies on its own.

FAQ

What is Eezee? Eezee.sg is a Singapore B2B e-procurement marketplace for industrial, safety, MRO, electrical, lab and office supplies.

Do I need an Eezee account or API key? No. The actor reads Eezee's public catalogue, with no login and no cookies.

Can I get supplier contact details? Yes, the supplier's e-mail (supplierEmail, plus supplierDomain), shopNumber and supplierId, whenever the supplier uploaded the listing itself. Listings added by Eezee's own team carry no supplier e-mail.

Which currencies are supported? SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, PHP, USD, AUD, CNY and INR: every product carries all nine in priceByCurrency, plus the currency the supplier lists in.

Can I scrape a single category, brand or supplier? Yes: use categories, brands or shopNumbers, or paste the Eezee page link.

How do I monitor price changes automatically? Turn on monitorMode, give the monitor a name and create a Schedule. After the first run, each run returns only newly listed products and price changes, tagged with monitorStatus and previousPrice.

Can I export to Google Sheets, CSV or Excel? Yes, in one click from the dataset, or automatically on every run through the Google Drive integration.

A field is empty. Why? The supplier or Eezee did not provide it for that product: the actor never fills a field with a guess.

Data & lawful use

This Actor reads Eezee's public product catalogue as any logged-out visitor sees it: it does not log in, create accounts, or reach anything behind a sign-in. Most of the output is product data. The supplier e-mail is the business address a supplier used to list its products, and it can name an individual (for example a salesperson's work address), so treat it as personal data. Data-protection law such as the GDPR (EU and UK) or Singapore's PDPA may apply to how you use it, and you are the data controller for what you do with it: have a lawful basis (usually legitimate interest for B2B sourcing or prospecting), keep any outreach relevant to the supplier's business, honour opt-outs and deletion requests, and do not use the output for spam.

Under Apify's Standard Actor Contract, which governs your use of this Actor, you are the controller of any personal data in your input and output and scrapesage acts only as your processor: that data is processed solely to run your job, written only to your own Apify storage, never used for any other purpose and never shared onward. If you need help with a data-subject request that involves this Actor's output, open an issue on the Issues tab.
