Honest about coverage

The OFLC files carry employer phone for most filings and the attorney/agent email very widely; an employer-contact email is present when the employer listed one. Coverage varies by program and fiscal year — H-2A/H-2B forms are especially contact-rich, while older PERM years carry fewer contact fields. A blank field means DOL didn't publish that value for that case, not that scraping failed. We never fabricate contact data, and we attach every raw column under sourceFields so nothing is lost.

How fresh is it? OFLC refreshes the disclosure data quarterly (cumulative within each federal fiscal year).
