The dataset about the agent will be provided after communication of your search query (New York for example). It will not have any N/A (see the example I sent you as a sample), we assure you that. This Apify actor is just a demo to give you an idea of the products. Contact us via the email above for more information...
If you want massive data on agents in a city (not 15 by 15 as is the case with this actor), we will send you the cleaned database via email as we do with many clients. Otherwise, you can use this actors if it meets your needs. If a value is N/A (for reviews, for example, meaning the agent has no reviews, i.e., the information is not available).

I just ran the actor 10 times for different pages of a city, and 5/10 returned N/A for phone number, location, and reviews
It’s normal because, on the website, these attributes (phone number, location, and reviews) are not available. If this information is present on the page, the code retrieves it without any issues (see the attached test screenshot for New York, NY). That’s why we recommend specifying the city you're interested in, and we will run the code locally on our servers, as we do with many clients. We assure you that the data you receive will not have N/A in the fields you specify.
