Realtor.com Scraper collects property listings from Realtor.com — price, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, photos, and location — and turns them into structured data for market research, price analysis, and investment. Search by city, neighborhood, or ZIP code, apply 30+ filters, run the Actor, and export listings to JSON, CSV, or Excel. Use it to track home values, monitor inventory, and find investment opportunities. Pay per event: $2 per 1,000 listings.

What can you automate with Realtor.com Scraper?

  • Build property databases — collect pricing, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, photos, and listing details from any Realtor.com search.
  • Monitor market trends — track price changes, new listings, sold data, and inventory across cities, ZIP codes, or neighborhoods.
  • Filter with precision — apply price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, features, keywords, commute time, HOA fees, and open houses.
  • Cover active and sold listings — capture current inventory, recent sales, pending, and contingent properties in one run.
  • Search by location or ZIP — search a city or neighborhood, or supply multiple ZIP codes for targeted coverage.
  • Export anywhere — download clean JSON for Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or any data pipeline.

Example workflow

Build a weekly list of new listings in a target area

  1. Run a search for one or more ZIP codes every Monday.
  2. Keep listings where isNewListing is true or the price changed since last week.
  3. Send new records to Google Sheets or a CRM.
  4. Deduplicate using the stable propertyId value.

Automate and integrate your results

  • Schedules — run daily to catch new listings and price changes, or weekly per ZIP code for market snapshots.
  • Webhooks — trigger a webhook on run completion to update a database, spreadsheet, or notification pipeline automatically.
  • Integrations — push results to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Slack, a CRM, or cloud storage, or call the Actor from the Apify API.
  • Deduplication — each listing is identified by its propertyId; deduplicate runs on propertyId before ingesting.

How much does it cost to scrape Realtor.com?

The Actor uses pay-per-event billing, so you pay only for the data you receive:

  • $2 per 1,000 listings — charged as a dataset-item event for every listing saved to the dataset.
  • $0.00005 per run — a one-time actor-start event.

Higher Apify plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) apply discounted per-event rates, from about $1.70 down to $1.30 per 1,000 listings.

Reliability and responsible use

  • Proxy — Apify Residential proxies are recommended for reliable access; the default configuration enables them.
  • Filter accuracy — filters are passed through to Realtor.com search, so results reflect the platform's own criteria.
  • Conditional fields — some fields (for example baths as a range, or isNewConstruction) can be null when Realtor.com does not publish a value.
  • Public data — the Actor collects publicly listed property information.
  • Lawful use — you are responsible for using collected data in line with Realtor.com's terms and applicable laws.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search by ZIP code instead of a location?

Yes. Supply one or more US ZIP codes in zipCodes, alone or together with searchLocation, to target specific areas.

Can I collect sold listings?

Yes. Add sold to listingStatus, and use soldWithinMonths to limit results to recent sales.

What counts as one result?

Each listing saved to the dataset bills one dataset-item event, at $2 per 1,000 listings.

Why are some fields empty?

Fields like isNewConstruction or the exact baths value can be null when Realtor.com does not publish them. Listing detail depends on what each property exposes.

How do I avoid duplicate records?

Deduplicate by propertyId, which is stable across runs. You can also cap output with maxItems.

Do I need a proxy?

Realtor.com may limit requests without one. Keep the default Apify Residential proxy enabled in proxyConfiguration for reliable results.
