How to use

1. Add locations (Paris, New-York--NY, Santiago--Chile) and/or listing URLs or IDs.
2. Optionally set dates, guests, a nightly price range, room types, currency, language and sort order.
3. Turn on full listing details, the availability calendar and/or reviews.
4. Run. The status message shows how Airbnb resolved each location, how many listings and reviews were returned, and any location or listing that was not found.

Locations Airbnb does not recognize and listings that no longer exist are reported in the status message and never charged.

FAQ

Why do listings without dates show different stays? Without dates Airbnb prices each listing for sample dates of its own. Every record shows those dates, the number of nights and the price per night, so results stay comparable. Set check-in and check-out to price everything for the same stay.

Which currency are prices in? The one you choose (USD by default), on every record, shown in currency.

Is the availability calendar the same as occupancy? It shows which nights can be booked. Unavailable nights are either booked or blocked by the host; Airbnb does not tell them apart.

Do I need an Airbnb account? No. The actor reads public Airbnb pages — no login, no cookies, no API key.
