Amazon Influencer Hub & Deals Scraper — 8 Operations 🛒

SIÁN Agency Store Store-Amazon ASIN Lookup Store-Instagram AI Transcript Extractor Store-TikTok AI Transcript Extractor

🎉 Eight Amazon data types in one actor: search, product details, reviews, Best Sellers, live deals, and the Influencer storefront chain (profile → posts → products)

For affiliate marketers, deal trackers, e-commerce teams and market researchers who need more than one kind of Amazon data in the same workflow

📋 Overview

Pick one operation per run, fill in its input, click Run. You get flat rows in one dataset shape whichever operation you used, so the same export or pipeline works for all eight.

The Influencer operations are the unusual part: you can go from a creator's /shop/<handle> storefront to their curated lists to the products inside each list, all in this one actor. The other operations cover the everyday needs: keyword search, a single product's details, its reviews, Best Sellers by category, and today's deals. All of it works across 18 Amazon marketplaces, and every operation can be priced for a specific delivery zip or postal code.

Why people use it:

  • ✅ 8 operations, one actor: Product Search · Product Details · Product Reviews · Best Sellers · Influencer Profile · Influencer Posts · Influencer Post Products · Today's Deals
  • 👤 The full Influencer chain: profile, posts and the products in each post, without stitching three tools together
  • 🎯 45+ fields per row: readable camelCase fields (asin, productPrice, dealId, savingsPercentage, influencerName) plus the original fields alongside
  • 📍 Delivery-aware prices: set a zip or postal code and prices, stock, delivery dates and shipping follow it
  • 🌍 18 marketplaces: US, GB (UK), DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, JP, AU, IN, MX, BR, AE, SG, NL, SE, PL, TR
  • 💰 You pay for rows returned: a removed product, a missing creator or a temporary error costs nothing
  • ✨ Fields cheaper tools drop: is_top_creator, affiliate_status, deals' percent_claimed, reviews' is_verified_purchase, is_vine and review videos

✨ Features

  • 🔍 Product Search: keyword search on any supported marketplace, about 16 products per page with price, rating, badges, sales volume and delivery
  • 📦 Product Details: one ASIN in depth — byline and brand-store links, photo gallery, availability, condition, badge flags, delivery price and delivery location
  • ⭐ Product Reviews: Amazon's top reviews for a product (usually 8-10) with is_verified_purchase, is_vine, review videos, author links and helpful votes, plus the star distribution
  • 🏆 Best Sellers: up to 50 per page by category with rank_change_label; switch to Most Wished For or New Releases
  • 👤 Influencer Profile: a creator's storefront with is_top_creator, affiliate_status, has_curations and posts_count
  • 📋 Influencer Posts: a creator's posts, filtered to all, idea lists, photos or videos, with list_items_count for lists
  • 🛍️ Influencer Post Products: every product inside an idea list, with ASIN, title, brand, price and a Best Seller flag
  • 🔥 Today's Deals: Lightning and Best Deals with percent_claimed, savings_percentage, deal_state and deal_ends_at
  • 🖼️ HTTPS links: product, creator and deal images ready to embed
  • 📄 Run report: every run writes report.html with what came back, what needs a fix, and what you paid

🎬 Quick Start

Pick an operation, fill in its input, click Run. From code it's one call:

curl -X POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/sian.agency~amazon-influencer-deals-scraper/runs?token=YOUR_TOKEN \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"operation":"search","query":"wireless headphones","country":"US","maxPages":2}'

🚀 Getting Started (3 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Pick an operation

Choose one of the eight from the dropdown. One run does one operation.

Step 2: Fill in its input

Each operation needs one thing: a search query, an asin, a category, a creator handle (influencerName), or nothing extra for Today's Deals. maxPages controls how deep paginated operations go. Add a delivery zip or postal code if you want prices for a specific address.

Step 3: Click Run

Rows land in your dataset, ready to export as JSON, CSV or Excel. Anything that couldn't be returned comes back as an error row with the reason, and isn't charged.

What you get:

  • Flat rows from any of the eight operations, in one shape
  • 45+ readable fields per row plus the original data
  • True/false flags you can filter on: isBestSeller, isAmazonChoice, isPrime, climatePledgeFriendly, isTopCreator, isVerifiedPurchase, isVine
  • HTTPS image and page links
  • Error rows that say what to change, never billed

📥 Input Configuration

One operation per run. Its required field is checked before anything is charged, and so are the format of an ASIN or post ID and whether the sort order fits the operation. Every operation also accepts the optional country and deliveryZipcode fields.

FieldTypeRequiredDescription
operationenumYesOne of: search, productDetails, productReviews, bestSellers, influencerProfile, influencerPosts, influencerPostProducts, deals
querystringsearchKeyword to search Amazon (e.g. "wireless headphones")
asinstringproductDetails, productReviewsAmazon ASIN, 10 letters or digits
categorystringbestSellersAmazon category slug or department name
influencerNamestringinfluencerProfile, influencerPosts, influencerPostProductsAmazon Influencer handle (e.g. mommyhood101)
postIdstringinfluencerPostProductsIdea-list post ID, starting with amzn1.ideas.
scopeenumNo (influencerPosts)ALL, IDEA_LISTS, PHOTOS or VIDEOS
sortByenumNoSearch: RELEVANCE (default), LOWEST_PRICE, HIGHEST_PRICE, REVIEWS, NEWEST. Reviews: TOP_REVIEWS (RELEVANCE there means the same). MOST_RECENT is currently unavailable for reviews. An order that doesn't fit the operation stops the run before any charge
categoryIdstringNo (search)Amazon department slug to narrow a search, e.g. electronics, beauty, toys-and-games. Checked against the marketplace's list before any charge
bestSellersTypeenumNo (bestSellers)BEST_SELLERS, MOST_WISHED_FOR or NEW_RELEASES
maxPagesintegerNo1–50, how deep paginated operations go (default 5)
countryenumNo18 Amazon marketplaces (default US)
deliveryZipcodestringNoDelivery zip / postal code inside country (max 12 characters), like Amazon's "Deliver to" box — e.g. 10001 (US) or DE1 2NP (GB). Prices, availability, delivery dates and shipping costs follow it, for every operation. Blank = the marketplace's default location

An API call has to include the operation's required field. Leave it out and the run stops straight away with "Missing input", nothing charged; the Console form comes pre-filled with sample values.

{
"operation": "productDetails",
"asin": "B07ZPKBL9V",

Prices and delivery can differ by address: on 2026-10-16 this ASIN cost 172.95 at the default location and 176.00 for delivery to New York (10001). Product Details rows carry deliveryLocation so you can see which address the prices apply to; search rows show the address-specific delivery dates in delivery.

Example — Live Today's Deals:

{
"operation": "deals",
"country": "US"
}

📤 Output

Each row carries the fields of the operation that produced it; filter on _operation to split them. Readable camelCase fields sit next to the original ones.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many rows can I get per run? A: Single-item operations (productDetails, influencerProfile) return one row. Paginated ones go up to 50 pages (maxPages). Today's Deals returns about 30 rows a call. Free runs stop at 25 rows.

Q: How is this different from Amazon ASIN Lookup? A: This actor covers eight kinds of Amazon data. Amazon ASIN Lookup does one thing: full product rows for a list of ASINs you already have.

Q: Does it work with all Amazon marketplaces? A: 18 of them via the country dropdown: US, GB (UK), DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, JP, AU, IN, MX, BR, AE, SG, NL, SE, PL, TR. One setting per run.

Q: Can I get prices for a specific delivery address? A: Yes, on every operation. Set deliveryZipcode to a zip or postal code inside the chosen country. Product Details rows confirm the address in deliveryLocation; search rows show the address-specific delivery dates in delivery.

Q: Why are some rows marked status:"error"? A: The product was removed, the creator handle doesn't exist, or a temporary error happened. The row says what to change, and it isn't charged.

Q: Can I run several operations in one run? A: No, one operation per run. Chain runs in code or in N8N, Zapier or Make.

Q: What output formats are available? A: JSON, CSV and Excel from the dataset, or the API.

Q: How fresh is the data? A: Read from Amazon during your run, so prices, badges, deal progress and ranks are as of that moment.

🐛 Troubleshooting

Run fails with "Missing input"

  • The operation's required field is empty: query for search, asin for details and reviews, category for Best Sellers, influencerName for the influencer operations.

Run fails with "Invalid post ID"

  • Only idea-list posts work; their IDs start with amzn1.ideas.. Video posts (amzn1.vse.video.) don't. Run influencerPosts with scope IDEA_LISTS to get valid IDs.

Run fails with "Sort order … applies to …" or "MOST_RECENT is not available"

  • The chosen sort order doesn't fit the operation. Search takes RELEVANCE, LOWEST_PRICE, HIGHEST_PRICE, REVIEWS or NEWEST; reviews take TOP_REVIEWS. Amazon currently returns its top reviews whatever order is asked for, so MOST_RECENT can't be honoured.

Run fails with "Unknown category"

  • categoryId must be a department slug the marketplace knows, such as electronics or beauty; the message lists valid ones. Numeric category node IDs don't work.

A reviews run returned fewer rows than maxPages suggests

  • Amazon shows only its top reviews (usually 8-10). Later pages repeat them, so the run stops at the first repeat. Repeats are never charged.

influencerProfile returns "Not found" for a creator you know exists

  • Open https://www.amazon.com/shop/<creator> to check the exact handle, and that the storefront is on the marketplace you picked.

Run fails with "Delivery zip code not recognised for this country"

  • The zip or postal code does not exist in the marketplace you picked. Use one from that country (10001 for US, DE1 2NP for GB), or leave deliveryZipcode blank. The run stops before any result is charged.

Paginated runs stop before maxPages

  • Amazon had no more results. You aren't charged for pages that don't exist.

Search returns fewer rows than expected

  • Some keywords have fewer than 16 results per page. Try a broader query or more pages.

Rows with "Rate limit reached"

  • Too many requests in a short time. Wait a few minutes and run it again; each request was already retried 3 times, and failed rows weren't charged.
