First release.
Turns any Spanish place name into Fotocasa property listings. Two operations. Property Search
takes a place, or a pasted Fotocasa search URL, and returns listings. Agency Listings takes a
Fotocasa agency page and returns that agency's whole portfolio.
- Place-name input, resolved against Fotocasa's own location index:
Madrid, Málaga,
Palma de Mallorca, Barrio de Salamanca. No search URL to build first.
- All five markets Fotocasa runs: for sale, for rent, room share, business transfer and rent to own.

- Seven property types: homes, garages, land, commercial premises, offices, storage rooms and whole
buildings, plus Everything, which is the default.
- Filters for price band, minimum bedrooms and bathrooms, size band and new construction, with four
sort orders.
- Multi-place runs: several places in one job, one dataset.
- 38 fields per listing, including price per square metre computed from price and built area.
- The listing agency's name, phone number and Fotocasa profile on every row, at no extra charge.
- The advertiser's full Spanish description, untrimmed and untranslated.
- Every photo on the listing, typically 20 to 30 per property.
- GPS coordinates and postcode on every row.
- No setup. No API key, no login, no proxy configuration. Type a place and press Start.
- Nothing hidden behind an add-on. Rivals bill agency contact details as a separate event at
several times the row price. Here it is part of the row.
- Honest limits. The run log reports how many listings actually match your search, so you can
see when a query is bigger than Fotocasa will serve and split it deliberately rather than
wondering where the rest went.
- Failed rows are free. A place that cannot be resolved writes an error row explaining what to
change, and is never charged.
- Spanish property market analysis: median €/m² by neighbourhood, tracked over time.
- Estate agency lead lists, deduplicated by agency with phone numbers attached.
- Investment and rental-yield screening by joining a sale run against a rent run.
