❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many listings can I pull in one run? A: FREE tier: 25. PAID tier: unlimited — pagination runs to the last page (27 pages deep on Amsterdam rentals, measured).

Q: Rentals or sales? A: Both. Rentals are the default and the deeper corpus; the same input schema drives the for-sale section.

Q: Why do some rows have no house number? A: That is pararius, not the actor: on many Dutch rental listings the agent withholds the exact address until contact. The row keeps street and postcode and leaves the number empty rather than inventing one.

Q: How is this different from a Funda scraper? A: Different inventory. We measured it: a full paired enumeration of five cities found only about a quarter of pararius rental rows address-for-address on funda, and roughly half of its matchable stock nowhere on funda at all. Buy both and join on postcode plus house number if you need the union.

Q: What output formats are available? A: JSON, CSV and Excel — export directly from the Apify dataset.

🐞 Troubleshooting

A search returned no listings

• Check the place name against pararius.nl itself — Dutch spellings (den-haag, not the hague)
• Widen or clear the price band; a narrow band can match nothing
• Drop the interior filter — not every city has furnished stock in your band

"Not found — this listing has been rented, sold or withdrawn"

• The listing was live when you copied it but gone at run time. Re-run the search to get live rows; withdrawn listings are never charged.

A place name is rejected

• Use the portal's own spelling or paste the full search URL from your browser — the actor accepts both.

Runs are slower than expected

• The portal throttles occasionally; each fetch already retries. Very large sweeps run fine, just not instantly — schedule them rather than re-running manually.
