• Try the district instead of a small neighbourhood, or Tanzania for the whole country

Fewer listings than Max listings

• The place and category may simply have fewer ads right now
• A bedroom count or price range narrows the results; clear them to see everything

Some rows have no bedrooms, size or "Listed by"

• The seller left them out. Land and commercial ads carry a size but no rooms

A Listing Details row says the ad is no longer on Jiji

• The seller removed it or it expired. Run a new search to get live ads
