Find out why Google traffic dropped. Compares two periods in Search Console + GA4 with your own read-only Google access: ranking lost vs CTR drop vs demand vs deindexed (URL Inspection), quick wins, cannibalisation, tracking/consent red flags, top 10 actions.
15 Oct 2026 (build after this entry): default run memory is now 512 MB via defaultMemoryMbytes (the old defaultRunOptions 512 MB was ignored so runs used 4096 MB; peak 42-84 MB). Measured on the example input: same output, see the public-15 remediation log. You can still choose more memory per run. No change to inputs, outputs or pricing.
1.0 (2026-10-11)
First release.
Search Console: two-period comparison by page, query, country and device. Each losing page is classified as ranking lost, CTR dropped, demand fell or deindexed, with deindexing confirmed by the URL Inspection API.
Opportunities:
striking-distance queries (positions 5–20)
low-CTR pages against a labelled benchmark curve and your own site curve
keyword cannibalisation
Sitemap summary and an index-coverage proxy.
GA4 Data API: sessions, users, engaged sessions, key events and revenue by channel, landing page, device and country, plus a Realtime check.
GSC↔GA4 landing-page join with an estimate of the revenue at risk.
Tracking and consent sanity checks: GA4 vs GSC divergence, change-point date, untagged landing pages, "(not set)", Unassigned, Direct shift, key event and revenue breaks.
Top 10 actions, plain-English summary and HTML report.
Service-account or OAuth refresh-token auth (secret inputs, read-only scopes). Free sample mode with a synthetic shop.
Pay-per-event: property-analysed and url-inspected, respecting the run's max charge.
