Who won which UK public contract, for how much, from which buyer: Contracts Finder + Find a Tender award notices (OCDS open data, OGL). Supplier and buyer analytics (wins, value share, top buyers, CPV, bids where published), monitoring and Slack/webhook alerts.
Fix: runs no longer hit the platform timeout and lose everything. The Actor reads its run time limit, gives each source a fair share of it, never waits on a Retry-After past that share, and keeps a reserve to write rows and profiles. Partial runs say "Partial (run time limit)" and list stoppedAtTimeLimit per source in OUTPUT. In monitor mode, awards not written because of the time limit stay "new" for the next run.
Cause: a 30-day search pages Find a Tender, which answers HTTP 429 with Retry-After 120 s after about 20 requests; all rows were held until the end, so a 5-minute run timed out with nothing saved.
Progress is logged every 10 pages.
