Billing: an exactly sufficient max charge no longer reports stoppedAtMaxCharge; the run stops only when the next billable event does not fit, so a cheaper event (e.g. a $0.005 window alert) still runs after the $0.01 events run out. New incomplete flag in OUTPUT and the summary row = billable work was left undone.
Data quality: Elexon generation outturn is now 5-minute data and the newest point can miss a fuel type; the grid snapshot uses the latest point with the complete fuel set. README limits wording corrected.
Data quality: generation shares now carry sharesComplete, sharesBasis, coverage (fuels reported / expected, missing fuel types), negativeMw (raw pumping/export values) and note. If no point in the window reports every domestic fuel type, the % fields are null instead of a precise-looking figure from partial data, and a grid snapshot with nothing else useful is not charged. Empty, malformed or non-numeric outturn responses now give a clear error instead of an all-zero block.
Generation shares: pumped-storage discharge is no longer counted as low-carbon; it is reported separately as storageMw / storagePct on the same denominator (total supply incl. storage discharge and imports, documented in sharesBasis and the README). Sample low-carbon share 33.3% -> 30.1% (+3.2% storage).
